{New} MamaEarth Body Butter – Coco, Ubtan

It’s again very gloomy day, today, and such days are perfect for a cup of coffee, your favorite romance novel and a cozy corner in your home. Such days are perfect for imaginations and day dreaming while rubbing your favorite body lotion smelling of jasmine and roses on your legs. Speaking of body lotion, do you know, Mamaearth has launched a range of body butters in two flavors – Coco and Ubtan. Even though I was quite happy with Vanya Gulabsilk body lotion, I decided to try out this new launch since Mamaearth is one of my preferred brand.

Packaging

The most convenient packaging for body butter is tub since they have thick texture. Mamaearth body butters are also packed in white tub. Ingredient and other product details are mentioned on the pack. The tub is huge so its not travel friendly, but it’s sturdy and leak proof.

Directions To Use Mamaearth Body Butter

1. Scoop out little body butter out of the tub with your fingers.
2. Apply it on skin and massage gently with fingertips till it gets absorbed.
3. Use twice a day for smooth and supple skin.

Mamaearth Coco Body Butter

Who does not love the smell of coffee and chocolate. These two ingredients when combined together are irresistible. Mamaearth Coco Body Butter smells heavenly of cocoa/chocolate with a hint of coffee. The body butter also contains Shea butter which deeply nourishes skin.

Texture wise the body butter is fine and thick. It spreads easily on skin though. It definitely needs bit of massaging. It’s really heavy and hence it can nourish dry to dry-est skin in one go. I have a habit to wash my hands a lot and I don’t moisturize them every single time. So the skin on my hands got really rough. The coco body butter came to rescue. I applied a nice layer of the body butter on my hands and left it there. After few minutes, I noticed my skin was relatively soft and supple.

Mamaearth Ubtan Body Butter

I have loves using Mamaearth Ubtan face wash and glad they came up with a body butter with brilliant ingredients. This body butter contains Turmeric, Honey along with Shea Butter. No doubt this is highly nourishing but also very effective in protecting the skin against dryness.

Fragrance of the Ubtan body butter from Mamaearth is very mild as compared to the Coco body butter. But it’s really very pleasant. I totally adore the hints of honey that it has. Texture wise, Ubtan is more workable than the Coco one. It’s like a fine paste of turmeric with honey and a little bit of butter. So you can imagine how butter-y soft it’s consistency is. It’s like a whipped cream which absorbs into skin without much efforts.

I would not lie but I think my winters are sorted with these two huge tubs of body butters. I use both of them depending upon my mood. Even my son loves to scoop out little bit every now and then, I let him use these because it’s natural and sans chemicals.

Do I Still Use Vanya Body Lotion?

Vanya Gulaabsilk body lotion is a luxurious body lotion which I do not want to run out so soon. I do not use it regularly anymore since I received Mamaearth body butters. Whenever I want to feel ultra special or I want to smell like roses, I definitely reach out for Vanya body lotion.

Mamaearth Body Butter in Coco and Ubtan are great winter body moisturizers for every skin type. Coco is rich and heavy while Ubtan is bit lightweight yet moisturizing. If you have ultra dry skin, go for Coco otherwise you can use Ubtan body butter. Fragrance wise, I love them both.
