Fab Bag January 2020 : The Double Dibs

Better late than never. My Fab Bag January 2020 is a little late as we have already entered February. But there is no time limit for gorgeousness. Here I am welcoming my January Fab Bag with open arms, while my eyes are on the door for Fab Bag February 2020.

Fab Bag 2020, The Double Dibs, contains 5 main products + 1 bonus makeup product from The Balm. I highly anticipated that I would receive the famous Highlighter or brow kit from The Balm, but sadly, it’s just a lip liner for me. Fab Bag played me really well, again.

The very first edition of the new year 2020, is the Double Dibs. January Fab Bag is a mix of few new and old brands and products. I see some new names on the placard along with old players. Officially the January Fab Bag booking has been closed, but you can anyway subscribe for the current month. There are various subscriptions available such as 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months at fabbag.com

The Bag

January 2020 Fab Bag is a beautiful and sturdy bag in black, white, and tan shimmery cutouts. It looks quite glam and could hold a nice amount of products. I gift away these bags and these make quite an impression.

Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Catsuit Metallic Eyeshadow – Shells and Whistles

Wet n Wild is one of my favorite drug store makeup brands. The products are amazing and affordable. I am happy to receive Megalast liquid Metallic Eyeshadow in Shells and Whistles. I fell in love just swatching it for the very first time. It’s a full-on copper shade. Full of shimmer making it look exquisite.

The formula is quick-drying. It sets pretty fast. Though some of the shimmer transfers if rubbed against, the formula is crease-free. At a price of Rs. 499 it is a nice grab.

Brick New York Ultimate Matte Liquid Lipstick – 03 Cherry Memory

This is the first time I am hearing about this brand. I have never tried it before. O received a liquid lipstick in Cherry Memory. I liked the formula, which is smooth, even, and quick dry. Liquid lipsticks can have tacky formula making them uncomfortable for long wear. I will be testing it for its comfort and longevity soon.

The shade Cherry Memory is a berry shade. I like it. It’s warm and perfect for the winter season.

The Nature’s Co Tea Tree Hair Nourishing Cream

I am not a fan of TNC products and have stated it before too. But I kind of liked this Tea Tree cream, because of the fragrance and texture. It’s quite easy to work with, feels moisturizing and lightweight. I hope to see some good results.

Sirona Gold Ore Handmade Bath Soap

I have heard about Sirona feminine hygiene products but was not aware if they are into bath and body too. I received a handmade bath soap. Honestly, I am not a fan of handmade soaps containing whole ingredients as they could scratch skin sometimes. It has happened to me. This gold ore soap smells nice. It makes me feel like trying it. Let’s see if I could get a few baths without getting scratched.

Tvakh Pink Clay Purifying Face Mask

Tvakh products are quite frequent in Fab Bags. I have many of Tvakh products lying with me. This pink colored acne purifying clay mask looks and smells nice. It claims to De-tan and Detox skin, is free of bad chemicals and parabens. Ingredients wise, it contains Pink Clay, Calamine powder, Witch Hazel Extract, Manuka Extract, and Nigella Sativa Oil. The ingredients look good. Might try it soon.

theBalm Pickup Liners – Boyfriend Material

Well, I was hoping to get something like a highlighter or a brow kit, but they sent, a lip liner from theBalm. Bit disappointed, as that was the only motivation to get the January bag.

The lip liner is retractable. It’s red and quite pointy. It is smudge-proof and will definitely hold bleeding lipsticks in place during the upcoming summer days.

Fab Bag January 2020, is a good start to the subscribers. It contains products worth Rs. 1500 + theBalm product whose cost is not provided. Wet n Wild Megalast Catsuit Metallic eye shadow is definitely the star product of the bag. The bag itself is of high quality and beautiful. Overall, a nice experience.
