A Minaudiere is a very small handbag (like a case) and you can carry some of your belongings like some money and maybe your cell phone in it. It is most suitable for formal night dresses or lunch midis.

When you are running errands like going for grocery shopping, seeing your doctor, or picking up kids from the school, a tote bag is your best buddy. It’s very versatile and offers great space for your belongings. You can even shove down a small umbrella in it if you are not sure about the weather outside.

I did not mention a waist bag because I find them not so versatile. I think they are not going to stay beyond 2019. The problem with the waist bags is that they accentuate your waistline. If you wish to wear them cross body, they accentuate your boobs.  If you are not among those perfect sizes, you don’t really have to invest in them.

A handbag is an essential part of your looks. It’s your companion. It knows you from inside out, no pun intended.
