It is quite close to Wet n Wild MegaLast Lip Color Bare It All More Peachy Nude Lipsticks: Maybelline Color Jolt Matte Intense Lip Paint 04 Show Off Nude Seduction Las Vegas Lipstick Nude Love 06 Coloressence Mesmerising Lip Color in Nude Suede- 34 Makeup Studio Professional Matte Silk Effect Lip Duo Cherry Blossom Packaging I am not sure if there is really 5ml in the bottle. It’s so tiny and I think every time I take out color out of the bottle, some extra product comes up and start collecting over the mouth of the bottle. It’s very hard to push the extra product back in the bottle and I just have to wipe it away with a napkin which leads to the wastage of the product. Ingredients Fragrance And Texture Nykaa Matte To Last liquid lipsticks have been really made to last with their utterly rich , soft and fine formula. It’s beautiful and smooth. It covers lips perfectly in just one go. With chocolaty sweet fragrance it’s really hard to resist licking my lips. Coming to the formula after application, yes, it’s drying. I hate to disappoint you but you can’t wear a liquid lipstick without using some transparent lip balm underneath. If you wear a lip balm before applying any matte lipstick you will also protect your lips from the chemicals that are in that lipstick. So it’s a two way protection. Nykaa Matte To Last liquid lipstick also dries out lips and may accentuate fine lines on your lips if used without a lip balm underneath. How Long Does Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick Last? Liquid lipsticks has the best thing to last longer of them all because they are liquid turned matte. Bombae is a beautiful shade and it adds a beautiful pout to your lips. If you are not heavy lunching, it can last you till the evening, but there might be some fading you can expect. I have also found that the inner circle of lips loose the color faster than the outer lines. Would I Buy More Shades from Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick Range? I am not sure, I think there are few shades, that are really beautiful like : Jahnvi & Kufri. So I might think to get them for me, but then looking upon the drying nature of the lipstick I might give a pass. SUGAR Smudge Me Not Vs Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick I was introduced to liquid lipsticks by SUGAR . They are drying in nature, no doubt, but they are more runny in terms of their formula. Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipsticks are more creamy and thick. There is a hundred bucks of difference in the price. SUGAR ones lasts longer than Nykaa ones. Rating : 3.5/5 The formula is super smooth, rich and beautiful, but, there is going to be a lot of negative marking. I think it’s Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipsticks are over priced as compared to the Wet n Wild Matte liquid lipsticks which offers the same formula. And totally can’t ignore the drying nature of the lipstick. These cuties are not a must have except the shade. If you already have cracked lips I would not advice them to put them on. I had never tried anything from the brand before I got my hands on Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Posie K. Honestly, liquid lipsticks are very tacky and uncomfortable to pull off sometimes specially if you already have chapped or dry lips. I have always admired NYX butter smooth formula which give very comfortable stay on lips. Does Kylie liquid lipstick deliver the same performance? Let’s see Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick This range of liquid lipsticks from Kylie consists of a super rich formula in moisture & pigment. The liquid lipstick give matte finish but is equally comfortable on lips to wear for long hours. The lipstick does not dry out lips or chip with time. Flaunt a full pout all day long. Packaging It is rumored that the outer look of the Kylie Cosmetics has been adapted from another makeup brand/artist, but never been openly accepted. Anyway, the dripping lip color from beautiful lips is a very beautiful sight. Every lip shade from Kylie Cosmetics matte liquid lipstick has a lip liner combined as a kit so you can flaunt a full pout. The liquid lipstick is enclosed in a lip gloss like packaging. The tube is transparent and there is a black cap over the tube. The packaging is cute and you can easily toss it in your handbag. Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Shade – Posie K This shade has earned an award of being the brightest pink by Allure Magazine. But I don’t know why they call it the brightest pink, because I feel it’s a muted pink. This is a peachy pink to be exact. It’s a subtle pink. It’s beautiful pink. It’s a daily wear shade. Indian skin tones would like it too. It does not wash out complexion. Pigmentation & Formula Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Posie K is my first product from Kylie Cosmetics, so I am not sure, if it’s the best of the brand. But I can say, it’s good. I have tried many liquid lipsticks such as Incolor Matte Me Ultra Smooth Matte Lip Cream Burnt Orange , Makeup Studio Professional Matte Silk Effect Lip Duo Cherry Blossom, SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Mia Sangria and many more. SO I definitely have a nice experience to compare Kylie liquid lipstick with. The formula of Kylie liquid lipstick is butter-y smooth. It spreads easily on lips. It has a very sweet chocolaty fragrance to it. It does not settle into fine lines or accentuate any. Nor does it dry out lips. It’s more like a lipstick in bullet which settle into matte finish. The lipstick sets in few seconds and it does not give odd feeling of wearing a powder-y layer as I always feel with SUGAR liquid lipsticks. Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Posie K gives opaque finish and the pigmentation can be built up with multiple swipes without getting cake-y. How Long Does Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Posie K Stay on lips? Staying power of the lipstick is not something I am impressed with. With a price tag of 5K, we could expect a 24 hours stay. But being smooth on lips has to compensate in terms of staying power. The liquid lipstick stays on lips for 4-5 hours if you are not eating or sipping much. Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Posie K, is a beautiful peachy pink shade which is suitable for Indian skin tone. The liquid lipstick has a nice butter-y smooth and non drying formula. The price tag is very high and is not widely available in India but you can buy it online easily. I wish the lipstick could offer much longer stay. The lipstick comes in long transparent tubes with a golden cap attached to the applicator. The packaging is sturdy. I find there is quite less control over application because the applicator handle is quite long. Sweet Seductive Lipstick 01 Shade no 01 is a bubbly pink very wearable shade. It has bit warm undertones, hence will suit every skin tone. It won’t look loud or wash out complexion. Such colors are my go to shades. Sweet Seductive Lipstick 05 This is a shade which is apt to fall/winter season. It is a pretty intense wine/plum shade. I don’t wear such shades in every day life but it’s a shade that can really add some extra oomph factor to your looks. It should be definitely for special special evenings. Fragrance & Texture There is bit artificial cosmetic smell which is not much pleasant but is quite mild hence bearable. You won’t notice anything until you really sniff the liquid lipstick glass tube. Sweet Seduction Liquid Lipsticks offer a very fine & smooth texture which go effortlessly on the lips. The touch of the lipsticks feel quite velvety on lips. The formula is quick drying hence make sure to apply evenly on lips. Yes, specially to the brides & would be brides who really need such long lasting and intense lipsticks. This is a bridal range from Bharti Taneja Makeup Essential and you just can’t miss it. I recently received SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan 03 . I won an Instagram contest held by SUGAR. The contest was about their Liquid Lipstick longevity. You must be knowing about it, if you are following me on Instagram. SUGAR gave away Liquid Lipsticks as the prize. SUGAR asked me to choose my shade from Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick. It was really hard to choose one shade since all the shades are so desirable. I already have Rethink Pink which is very adorable. At last, I zeroed on Sauve Mauve & Tan Fan. You won’t believe, I actually tossed a coin to choose one shade among the two. Before getting my hands on this lipstick, I was thinking to put it in the giveaway I am going to host soon on HOG. I also thought this is going to be a nude shade. But to my surprise, it was a fabulous plum shade. Boy, I am so smitten. I already have a plum palette from NYX.It covers all my plum needs. I thought I am never going to need another plum shade any time soon, since it has all the plums including maroons. But what I knew. The NYX palette has satin finish, while the Smudge Me Not range presents Liquid Lipsticks which give matte finish. I would prefer a matte lipstick over a satin one, any given day. When I first applied this on my lips I was so lost in determining the actual color of this liquid lipstick. I was like, Oh My God, I have never worn such a beautiful lipstick ever. Trust me, this is one of the beautiful plum shade lipstick ever. Price Rs. 499. SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan 03 The shade is brownish plum, my kind of plum. It is less of mauve and more of browns. Just the perfect blend. This shade will suit every skin tone, be it fair or dusky. The shade would never fail to impress. This shade can be worn at any time & at any occasion. It can be worn daily in office too because it gives matte finish. You won’t look like you are wearing tons of color. It gives a clean look to face. To bring out your party face while wearing this shade on your lips, I would suggest to throw on some subtle plum eye shadow on your eyes. Pigmentation SUGAR, has some magical wand for sure as this brand always comes out with highly pigmented & quality products. I am so impressed with every product I have ever used from SUGAR. As always, SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan 03 is highly concentrated & pigmented. I take small amount on the tip of the applicator that comes with this liquid lipstick, and dab it at the middle of my lips, later swiping it all over my lips. This achieves the full fledged colored lips for me. Formula The formula is creamy, smooth & fast drying. So I make sure to be quick with the application, otherwise, I would get some uneven application. Once the liquid is set, I am free to eat, talk or take pout selfies 🙂 I am right now wearing Tan Fan on my lips while sipping on to my tea and there are no lip stains on my white tea cup. How cool is that. Trust me I feel really embarrassed whenever I am out dining and leave lip stains behind. This lipstick does not embarrass me . Longevity SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan 03 is no less in performance also when I compare it too Rethink Pink which lasts so well that I won that Instagram contest. It does not go anywhere until next 6-7 hours. Touch ups are required only when you have to have your main meals. It can survive mini meals or sips very well. Finish The lipstick gives matte finish. The formula is quick drying hence you need to work fast with the application. Once set, it does not bleed or smudge, even when tried to. If you are not accustomed to wearing liquid lipsticks, this lipstick might feel little uneasy due to it’s dry finish. You should wear a clear lip balm before you go ahead with matte lipstick be it from any brand. Wearing a lip balm underneath a lipstick is the basic lip care & most of the time does not interfere with the finish of the lipstick. That was all about SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan. I just could not stop my self from smearing my lips in Rethink Pink as soon as I opened my February fab bag and saw SUGAR Smudge Me Not Lipstick in it. I already knew I will be getting the recently launched Smudge Me Not lipstick in my fab bag since Fab Bag asked me to pick my shade few days back. I was just waiting for my fab bag to arrive so that I could see my self what is so good about this new girl in town. As I was telling you that I wore it in the morning and did not care to retouch until later in the evening. Yes it is that intense. So I decided I must show this bubbly girl to you as this range really needs review since it’s new. Also Read Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Tan Fan About SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick SUGAR recently launched this and has been constantly emailing the lipstick lovers about this new launch. No doubt we are all curious since the name itself says Smudge Me Not. SUGAR claims that this is one coat wonder and so intense that your lipstick will stay longer than your longest day. Now that’s huge claim. The lipstick is liquid that sets off in matte finish. SUGAR shouts for all the matte lipstick lovers to try stunning 10 beautiful shades. Price Rs. 499 for 4.5ml. Ingredients Packaging The packaging of this liquid lipstick does not look fancy at first sight, but when I really looked at it closely, it looked like I am actually seeing a lipstick enclosed in a transparent cover. But it is not a lipstick in bullet, since it is liquid, it is packed in the form of a lip gloss. The liquid lipstick comes in a transparent tube of pigment with applicator wand at the top. Smudge Me Not is printed horizontally on the transparent tube. The shade no and name are also printed at the bottom of the tube. Since the colour tube is transparent I can see the quantity and colour of the lipstick. The applicator wand is angled to line the lips while giving them intense colour. The applicator is smooth and gives perfect application. The tube has a rounded small opening for the wand to go inside the tube. The lipstick is very tiny. It will fit in the palm of my hand. Taste, Texture & Smell Initially there is no taste as such, but after the lipstick has set in matte finish there is little powdery feeling on my lips. It feels like I have literally painted my lips. Texture of the lipstick is really smooth but little thick so I have to immediately apply the lipstick before it’s dry. It dries up really quickly so messy application would ruin the look. I line up my lips with the wand provided with the lipstick and then quickly fill in between. There is a sweet yet chemically smell in the tube but it’s really mild and does not bother me until I sniff into the tube. It is not horrible as Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream. Pigmentation This lipstick reminded me of Maybelline Super Stay Range. This liquid lipstick is insanely pigmented. I have to be really careful while applying it so that I do not stain my skin in an unwanted manner. SUGAR already points out that it’s very pigmented so you need to apply this on your lower lip first and then press your lips together. But I am not sure if that would give an even application. So I just go the old way. I apply it as I apply a lip gloss. Pick as little as you can and start applying from the middle of you upper/lower lid and all the way around. Go for another swipe if required. That gives me perfect application. Shades SUGAR launched 10 beautiful shades in this particular range. Even though the shade range is limited, SUGAR has tried to touch every colour family. Following are the shades of this range: 01 Brazen Raisin , 02 Brink Of Pink, 03 Tan Fan, 04 Plum Yum, 05 Rust Lust , 06 Tangerine Queen , 07 Rethink Pink, 08 Wine & Shine, 09 Sauve Mauve, 10 Drop Dead Red. Shade – Rethink Pink 07 It is a beautiful pink shade which is going to suit every skin tone and will be loved by every one. My Camera did not do justice to the colour as it mostly looked more of Mauve, but it is really deep pink which can be toned down to subtle pink. If I use the colour in full throttle I get very deep colour, but I can use just a hint of the colour to get a perfect hint of pink which I prefer for every day look. Finish This is a liquid lipstick setting off in a completely matte finish. The formula is quick dry hence I need to be really quick and precise with the application. Longevity This range is here to stay. The performance is comparable to that of the Maybelline Super Stay Range. You can just apply it in the morning and forget for good 5-6 hours. Even after 5-6 hours you will need to retouch the formula and will be set for another 5-6 hours, while surviving full meals and sips in between. Likes Intense pigmentation. Smooth & quick dry formula. Matte finish. Compact packaging. Long lasting colour. Fabulous shades. Does not dry out lips on its own. Dislikes Limited range of shades. Little powdery finish when it sets off. Summary I think all matte lovers will the formula and the staying power. Some might feel the price is bit high but I feel the performance justifies the price and the compact design. I wish SUGAR comes up with more shades in this range.
