Nykaa masks come in a rectangular shaped standard plastic sealed pack. This is a single use kit that means the serum and sheet is provided for one time use only. Most Korean sheet masks come in similar packaging so there is nothing much to say regarding it. The sheet mask pouches are perfectly sealed; no leakage issue. You can easily carry them in your skin care pouch for travelling.

Color, Texture & Smell

All of  the masks are white in color. The serum is transparent and colorless. Normally I have difficulty in putting on Korean sheet masks because we Indians have slightly wider face. As this brand is specially designed for us, the mask did fit easily on my face. All the masks have very light fragrance. Depending on the variant the smell varies. For example, lavender based mask had faint touch of lavender flowers in its fragrance while the berry one had a hint of fresh berry smell.

As you can see, my top picks are all moisture masks. I feel sheet masks does one thing to your skin and that’s moisture replenishing. They don’t lighten your skin in one use or cure blemishes as some variants claim. So, I like using masks that rejuvenates tired skin and prevents moisture loss.

How To Use Nykaa Skin Secrets Sheet Mask

I always apply chilled sheet masks on my face. I first cleanse my face with my go to face wash and then directly apply it on the face without applying toner or anything else. My skin is oily to combination and I have acne tendency. Non comedogenic products work well on my skin. I keep the masks for about 20 minutes. These masks make the skin look plump and smooth. Pores become less visible due to the plumpness. The moisture level goes up so the skin looks radiant to some extent. I haven’t had any pimple issue after using these sheet masks.

I would definitely recommend these masks to people who love applying rejuvenating mask sheets from time to time.
