Packaging

It comes in a very simple packaging. The liquid is packed inside plastic bottle with white cap. There is a narrow nozzle on the cap so that you can control the amount of the product. No wastage possible. The plastic bottle has a label which illustrates the ways you can use the product along with its manufacturing details and price.

Fragrance & Texture

Honestly, I was expecting something floral out of this bottle. The only thing I don’t like about this magic potion is the smell. It feels very raw, literally like you are smelling an old and wet wood. So it was a big turn off. Specially after using Rose Water & Tea Tree toners, I got habitual to nice smelling toners.

Coming to the texture, it literally feels like you are using water. But it certainly is bit more moisturizing and soothing. It is clear & runny. Absorbs as fast as water would. No stickiness left behind.

My Experience

I have heard numerous benefits of using Witch Hazel as toner for oily skin. Specially the people in west use it in many ways like to treat acne, blemishes, eczema, rashes as well as a skin freshner. This is first time I have been using (100% ) Witch Hazel on my skin hence I was not sure what to expect out of this. So the results that I am going to talk about in next paragraph are entirely upon my experience of using this product for about 15-20 days.

Excellent Toner: No doubt it is a great toner. I use it straight out of refrigerator so the effect doubles up. After using it for 2 weeks I noticed skin was more supple and pores around my nose very less visible.

Takes Away Inflammation: It soothes down skin for sure. It has not been able to control down my hormonal acne but it definitely takes away redness and swelling of a new pimple.

Refreshing Mist: This liquid can double up as a mist too. So I have transferred some of the amount to a spray bottle to be used throughout the day. It instantly refreshes tired skin tone and cheers up my complexion a bit.

Light Moisturizer: For my oily skin, it works as a light moisturizer too. If I spritz this liquid over my skin, I can skip wearing a moisturizer and directly can go for sunscreen.

No Excess Oil: Delhi heat has touched 40 degrees, but I am still not experiencing heavy oil on my face. I am giving all the credit to Bliss OF Earth Witch Hazel. It certainly does something down there.

Except these common uses, the brand suggests that this liquid can be used to treat any kind of rashes, blisters, razor burns, sun burns, cuts & bruises and even ear infections. This is kind of a multi purpose potion.

I give heads up for Bliss Of Earth Witch Hazel as it is a good toner cum astringent treating oily as well as dry and damaged skin. It heals and protects skin form within. It takes away inflammation and gives anti oxidant effects( which I am yet to realize). It is affordable and has multiple uses. Just wish it had more pleasant smell. But I kind of don’t mind the smell now as it seems to be working fine for my oily, acne prone & sensitive skin.
