Best OTC For Acne : Faceclin Gel For Acne – A Review

I thought I would grow out of acne. Sadly it didn’t happen. There are times when my skin gets no zit for many months, but then something would happen, and hormonal acne would attack my skin. I suffer from hormonal acne. It’s all due to the bad hormones that my body produces when it’s angry on me.

Like other acne sufferers, I too have had my share of experience with acne ointments and face packs. No matter how costly it is, no matter how badly it smells or stings my skin, I use it just because, I hope it would kill the zit soon without leaving a scar behind, that’s all I want. I came across Faceclin, when I was desperate to get out of the side effects of La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo +. It was God Sent, I swear.

Faceclin Gel For Acne

My Experience With Faceclin Gel

If I recall now, that was a very bad skin phase I was going through. My sister in law asked her dermatologist, and he advised Faceclin gel. It showed effect since very first application. I could see the little bumps I had after using La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo, were drying out. And after 2-3 more applications the were gone. It is supposed to be acting on the acne scars also, and that too proved right for my skin.

I like how easy it is to wear this gel. It is not sticky or oily. Just like water, apply it and forget it. Does not show on the skin. It also does not dry out skin like benzoyl peroxide or other harsh OTC ointments do.

It contains antibiotic Clindamycin, which might be concern of some, but it works fabulously and I hope it keeps on working like this always. I hope my skin does not go numb against this gel ever.

I use it whenever I get zits or feel some bump under the skin, it mostly cures them under the skin, and they never manage to come up on the surface. Whenever I missed it, and let the zit became huge, the gel took time to heal it.

Acne scars, they just don’t disappear, but yeah fades at a great speed, whenever I use this ointment. It definitely works on acne and acne scars.
