Wow! So many health benefits of black seed oil, if not the kalonji oil, I am sure most of us do have kalonji in our kitchens.

I handsomely use kalonji seeds from curries to puries, however apart from a distinct taste it adds to food I was unaware about its health benefits. With winters knocking on the door for hair and skin I am going to try this oil, great research you have done.
