Good hair days are such a blessing and can uplift your mood which can carry you through the day. But unfortunately, they are rare, when you are suffering from hair fall and hair loss. It is not widely known that most Indian women suffer from hair loss between the ages of 21 to 45 due to various factors such as diet, nutrition, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, health conditions such as PCOS, thyroid, anemia, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, to name a few.
However, we have been convinced that hair loss is an external problem that can be resolved by changing your shampoo or getting a hair spa treatment. But I realized how all of this is just absolutely untrue when I started facing hair loss.
Post-Covid Hair Fall
Post covid hair fall is one of the notorious health issues. It takes time to control this hair fall which could eventually lead to hair loss if not treated. I got infected with Covid in April 2021. Though it was a mild infection, left behind a major hair fall.
In June of this year, I started experiencing heavy hair fall. I had issues like hair thinning and hair fall earlier but never as much as I did in June. My scalp was starting to get more visible and I wasn’t sure what to do because I had already tried everything. Including biotin (which triggers acne for me) and omega 3 capsules. At this time I happened upon Traya Health. I started doing my research and read a lot of Traya review online. I liked what I read so I decided to fill out their online hair diagnosis form or Traya Dx.
The diagnosis form consisted of about 10-15 questions about my health, hair, lifestyle, and scalp image. Their form makes a lot of sense and gives insight into how their treatment will be holistic. Because they ask you about your family history, your hair goals, about your hormonal health, existing health conditions (such as PCOS, thyroid, anemia – all of these can aggravate hair loss), your digestive health, energy levels, vitamin deficiencies. When I read articles about them online before filling the form and reading the Traya review.
It said that they created this diagnosis form after years of research to mimic a consultation a dermatologist and Ayurvedic doctor would have with you if you went for a consultation. Once I submitted the form I was given my hair loss diagnosis – Female Pattern Hair Loss Stage 3 or Androgenic Alopecia. At this point, the Traya review that I read had already convinced me to try the treatment. The reasons I decided to go ahead.
Why Traya Health Treatment For Hair Fall?
- It was not a product but a treatment plan.
- The treatment was prescribed by a qualified doctor.
- They combined Ayurveda, dermatology, and nutrition. This was especially interesting for me because I had already tried clinical solutions such as minoxidil 2% and didn’t get the desired results.
- They provided a diet plan to ensure that there was long term improvement in my hair health
- They had a hair coach system, just like there is in the fitness industry to ensure that I stayed the course of treatment. Their treatments are 5 months long.
- They had a 100% money-back guarantee if you use the treatment for 5 months and don’t see results.
How Does It work?
Once my order was placed I got a call from a hair coach. My hair coach was Mallika. I felt like I already knew her because she comes up frequently in the Traya review featured on Google. She called me and asked me about my health history, my hair history along with any treatments that I had used, my allergies, diet, lifestyle, and even my expectations from the treatment. She then explained the process and helped me understand what will happen on the treatment month on month.
Mallika explained this because Traya hair loss treatment has to be used for a minimum of 5 months. She explained that the reason for this is that the hair cycle is that long and because minoxidil 2% or redensyl 3% the growth solutions provided by them takes about 4-5 months to show results. To be honest I was expecting this because if you see the Traya review online you’ll see that people’s before and after photos are about 5 months apart. Once this was done she said I’ll receive my treatment kit in 7 days.
Once the treatment arrived she called me again and explained how to use the treatment. And then she told me she will call me every 10 days or so to take an update to make sure I am being consistent. I have been using the treatment for 5 months now. And I have to say that I’ve seen improvement in my hair quality, hair volume, and my hair fall reduced. Not only that, but I also noticed an improvement in my energy levels, digestion, sleep quality, and overall health.
I have to say I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a comprehensive hair loss treatment and is ready to commit to fixing it. So my Traya review is 10/10!
I purchased their three-month plan however, they also have a monthly option. The only con that I can think of in the treatment is that it takes time so you have to be patient and consistent. Any treatment can only help you so much. Eventually, it will come down to you.
Disclaimer: This is my honest review and If you too have major hair fall or hair loss issues, do try Traya Health.
