In reply to Meena. The Body Shop Vitamin E is very rich in moisture and effective on dry skin too. You can go for Himalaya intensive moisturising lotion for very dry skin if you want something under budget.

This is 4 oily skin then wt about dry or normal skin. I think it is more challenging to take care of dry skin specilly in winters. Wt do u think.
