White Kajal Pencil is an underrated makeup product. If you have never used one, you might be really wondering what’s so big deal about using a white kajal pencil. There are several ways through which we use white kajal pencil even for every day look and make a great change to our basic look. But make sure to grab an actual kajal pencil which is safe to be used on water line and not just go crazy with your silver or white eye liner instead. I have been using nude pencil from Oriflame from some time, and recently started using Essence White Kajal Pencil which is quite an affordable option in market. Not only affordable but it is also very creamy than other pencils that I have ever tried. I think that’s a case with every Essence lip liner/ eye liner. The kajal is available at Amazon, Nykaa that too at discount. Packaging Essence Kajal Pencil in white comes in a white pencil with a metallic cap on the top. The pencil does not come with a sharpener but any cosmetic sharpener can be used to sharpen it. The creamy texture of the pencil leads to high wastage of the product. The sleek packaging makes it travel friendly. Pigmentation & Texture Texture wise Essence Kajal is very creamy. It glides very smoothly on eyes be it lids or water line. One swipe gives high pigmentation. The color pay off is very good even though the pencil is highly affordable. Being highly creamy there are two problems with the pencil. First it breaks off easily, It literally breaks every time I use it. Second problem is the stickiness it leaves behind due to it’s creamy texture. So if I apply 2-3 layers of the kajal on my waterline, my eyes feel sticky. Longevity I use this kajal on my water line, on my lids as liner and some times to highlight the inner corner of my eyes. The kajal stays for a duration of 2-3 hours and then it starts to fade away. How To Use Essence White Kajal On Waterline: This white kajal can be used for everyday no makeup look. Just line your eyes with this kajal and finish the look with mascara. As Liner: Put this kajal on lids as a liner to achieve unique look. As Eye Shadow Base: Swipe bit of the pencil on the entire eye lid and then go for your eye shadow. It will enhance the eye shadow color. As Eye Shadow: Essence Kajal Pencil can be used as creamy eye shadow but it might feel sticky if used in excess. As Inner Eye & Brow Highlighter: Run bit of the white pencil on the inner corners of your eyes and under your brows to use as a highlighter. Likes Creamy texture. Snow-white shade. High color payoff. Rating 3.5/5 Essence White Kajal Pencil, high in pigmentation, creamy in texture and easy on pocket has some nice things to offer. It does not hurt sensitive eyes when used on water line but yes the excessive creamy texture might leave some stickiness behind. If you could overlook this issue, this pencil may offer some incredible eye looks. I am not going to repurchase this pencil as the need for resharpening this pencil irritates me. It breaks easily and could really ruin some nice minutes of your routine which are crucial if you are in hurry. I still might go back to Lakme White Kajal or try out some other options.
