Hey Girls, hows the new year treating you? I am receiving various subscription boxes almost every day and the new year fun has doubled up. Last evening I received my Fab Bag for January 2018 – The Beauty Blowout. Fab Bag is a vintage subscription bag. This is the first bag I ever subscribed to and I still do with a few misses in between. Most of the times, Fab Bag ships SUGAR newly launched products. This time too Fab Bag shipped the newly launched SUGAR Blush and a new shade of SUGAR Matte AS Hell Crayon Lipstick. I am quite content with the bag, and I shall tell you why. Fab Bag January 2018 – The Beauty Blowout The theme of the bag is The Beauty Blowout. Fab Bag has planned to blow your mind with all the beauty and makeup products this month. I see 3 makeup products while 3 skin care products in the bag. The Bag– The bag is very pretty. The leather bag has a chromium metallic texture and a sturdy zip. It is good sized and can hold a lot of products while travelling. SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon Lipstick 07 Viola (Rs. 625/- for 2.5gm) SUGAR Contour De Force Mini Blush 01 Peach Peak (Full Size – 299/- ) Nirvana Handmade Soap – Orange Honey (Full Size Rs. 200/- ) Johara Pro Shine Nail Color – Toffee Brown (Full Size : 250/- ) Vedantika Herbals Lemon Grass Face Wash (Rs. 150/- for 50ml) Acnes Purifying Clarifying Face Wash ( 2 Sachets) SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon 07 Viola SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon is pure love. I am a big fan of this range. I love the color range and the performance of these crayon lipsticks. SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon Lipstick 07 Viola is a kind of nude shade. It’s a mix of brown & peach, brown being the dominating shade. The shade is quite comparable to SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick in Holy Golightly The shade is very wearable for everyday. Also it will go beautifully with loud eye makeup. SUGAR Contour De Force Mini Blush 01 Peach Peak SUGAR recently launched face makeup. So we have now blush, highlighter & bronzer from SUGAR. I got to select the shade for my bag so I chose the shade Peach Peak since it goes well with my wheatish complexion. The blush is fine textured powder and it goes smoothly on skin. I love the pigmentation it yields. The shade is peachy and looks very beautiful & natural on my skin tone. This piece is must grab girls. Don’t miss it. Nirvana Handmade Soap – Orange Honey This is my first soap from Nirvana. I am seeing this brand a lot online. I am quite excited to try it. The smell of the soap is heavenly. It smells very refreshing. I am sure the soap will give a nice bathing experience. Also I am expecting it to be moisturizing since it contains honey. Johara Pro Shine Nail Color – Toffee Brown I received this nail color in one of my previous bag in the same shade. This is a light brown shade with shimmer which looks like almost rose gold. It is a nice wearable shade. Read it’s complete review here. Vedantika Herbals Lemon Grass Face Wash Lemon Grass has a refreshing smell. I am really excited to try out this face wash from Vedantika Herbals. This gel based face wash looks quite promising. I have already used Vedantika Herbals Facial Scrub which was a nice product. This face wash looks very promising too. Acnes Purifying Clarifying Face Wash Acnes is a brand that offers products that target acne. I have used this face wash when it was launched few years back. Honestly, I don’t remember it’s effect on my acne prone skin, so I am again going to try it. I wish Fab Bag had provided some more quantity. Because it’s not something very costly. These were the 6 products that I received in my January edition of Fab Bag. All the products seem quite usable to me. I am very excited to try out SUGAR products. Above all the bag is very nice. Fab Bag June 2017 – The Boho Chic : Review

Hi, The month started with a nice surprise. I got my June Fab Bag – The Boho Chic, on the very first day of the month. I was delighted to find it at my door step so early. I just can’t help but put the contents of the bag in front of you guys. With this bag my 6 months subscription of Fab Bag ends. Next month, I will be renewing it for another few months. I am also thinking to try Glamego and other beauty box in town, there are plenty actually. There are jewelry boxes, lifestyle boxes, beauty+food boxes and what not. So why not explore them all. What say? I will let you know in few days. Coming back to my fab bag of June 2017, It contains only 4 products and a 10% off renew coupon. The products look good though. The bag itself is made of Jute & defines the Boho style too. This month’s bag is quite opposite to the blingy & quirky bags of the past months. It’s simple & elegant. The products too are quite basic but high quality. Johara Creme Rich Lip Color – Poppy Coral (Full Size Rs. 395/-) SUGAR Twist And Shout FadeProof Kajal – Black Velvet (Full Size : Rs. 399/-) Biobloom- Foot Cream (Eucalyptus)(Rs. 335/- for 50gm) APS Cosmetofood: Activated OrganicSPring Water (Rs. 270 – for 50ml) The product list contains 2 full sized products while 2 decent sized products. All the products look quite promising and very usable during the summer. Johara Creme Rich Lip Color – Poppy Coral Fab Bag generally give a product of your choice. It sends you a link to choose your item of your choice. Genrally it’sm akeup. This time too, I got to choose Johara lipstick shade, & I chose Poppy Coral, which looks very pretty in the shell. I have not tried it yet, but, I will be coming out with it’s swatches very soon as it looks very tempting. Also Read : Johara Pro Shine Nail Color in Toffee Brown SUGAR Twist And Shout FadeProof Kajal – Black Velvet I have already used SUGAR Twist And Shout FadeProof Kajal in Blue shade, which was a decent kajal. Glad that I also got the black version of this kajal. Biobloom- Foot Cream with Eucalyptus I am getting a lot of foot products in beauty subscription boxes, & I do not ever use them. I just give them away. But this time, I am definetly going to use this foot cream from Biobloom, because it contains Eucalyptus which has a soothing aroma. APS Cosmetofood: Activated Organic Spring Water I am using Avene Thermal Spring Water (pending for review), which is good, but little costly. I will be happy to try out APS Cosmetofood spring water and see if it is as good as the Avene one. It’s always nice to find a dupe of a costly products. These were the 4 products that I received in my June Fab Bag, which look very promising, & I really, really plan to use all these four items as I mostly forget about the products that I get in subscription box. They keep on lying unused hidden in my closet. Overall, June 2017 Fab Bag is a nice edition. It is worth 1399 bucks, which qualifies it as a nice bag. Fab Bag April 2017 : The Spring Fling

My Fab Bag for April 2017, is here. I am always waiting eagerly for my subscription boxes. They fill me with joy of anticipation. It’s great fun. I love receiving goodies as surprises. This month’s Fab Bag theme is Spring Fling, which makes absolute sense, since the spring season is live. The bag that I got this month depicts of spring too. It has quite floral design & detailing. The bag is quite a highlight. Let’s see what else I got inside my Fab Bag. Here is what I received in my Fab Bag SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF 15 Compact – 02 Cappuccino (Full Size – Rs. 699) SaND for Soapaholics Heavenly Dew Bathing Soap (Rs. 275 for 100 gms) Arorma Radiance Glow Deep Exfoliator (Rs. 499 for 100gms) Hedonista Fresh face Scrub ( Rs. 1045 for 105 grams) SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF 15 Compact I was really excited to try this compact when I came to know about it’s launch last month. Glad I did not order it by myself, some how I assumed I would be receiving it in my Fab Bag. I was so right. Actually Fab Bag always sends out the latest releases from SUGAR. So it’s like we get to to try the products first of all. Coming to the product, the compact looks very classy in black case. It comes with a mirror & applicator. The shade seems to suit my skin tone, though I have tried it inside of my hand only, & have not tested it over my face yet. Will be back with the review soon. SaND for Soapaholics Heavenly Dew Bathing Soap SaND is a popular for it’s bathing soaps. And I am sure most of you have used few bars from this brand and already are a fan of it. So am I. The Heavenly Dew bar that I received today, looks so refreshing to my eyes. I will be using it very soon. Arorma Radiance Glow Deep Exfoliator I hardly use any product from Aroyma, that I mostly receive in my Fab Bag. Last month I received it’s Sun Block which I just gave away. I just don’t feel an urge to test this brand. Don’t know why? Since it’s an exfoliator, I can somehow use it. Hedonista Fresh face Scrub Another scrub in the bag. How could you do this Fab Bag People? This is not good. I would like to receive diverse products in my Fab Bag, hope you make a note of it. This is an altogether new brand to me. I have never heard about it or seen it, online/offline. Will share more details about the brand & the product once, I try it. Overall, I will say, it’s an average bag. I am little disappointed. Except the SUGAR compact, nothing was really fancy. The bag itself is a fresh breeze though but the products are quite average. Hope to receive a better bag next month. XOXO.
