The smell lingers on you for nice 4-5 hours and then it starts fading. I think it delivers a nice performance. Skinn Sheer – Woman EDP Sheer is like an enticing & sensuous affair created by Nathalie Lorsons. This fragrance has very subtle hint of fruity rush. The top notes speaks of a charming mix of Pink Peppers & Clementine. Jasmine, Mangolia & Peony strike a chord of refined femininity. Also Cedar-wood, Vanilla & Sandalwood together create long lasting magic. This fragrance is again suitable for all occasions specially if you don’t want to overpower your looks with your fragrance. I personally find it an everyday fragrance. Since it’s quite subtle you can find it’s hints for 3-4 hours. Skinn Bohemian Collection For Man – Forest Rough EDP Skinn has come up with some nice fragrances for men too. I love to smell Forest Rough on him. It has got the right amount of warm & woody aroma. The perfume has got top notes of Lemon, Black Pepper & Nutmug. In the middle you will find sandalwood, rose, violet & Lavender. At the base you will notice Vanilla & Smokey Woods. This fragrance is priced at Rs. 1895 for 100ml and is available widely online & offline. The fragrance has a staying power of 3-4 hours mainly. Skinn Steele – Man EDP Created by French Perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin, Steele is a very refreshing fragrance. It has the chivalry of grapefruit but belongs to woody family. At the top you can notice Citrus, Pink Grapefruit & Bergamot while Leather, Praline & Vanilla gives a perfect mix of spicy & woody aroma. This french perfume will surely make a way to your skin if you like to wear spicy fragrances. Ajmal Perfumes Ajmal perfumes are another affordable perfumes that look good for the year 2018. I am sure you already have been a fan of Ajmal fragrances because of their performance & collection. This brand has been in the industry for over 60 years and that’s hell lot of time. One can sustain for such long period only on the basis of quality service & products. Hence I am going to put 3 fragrances from Ajaml too which I think are worth trying the new year 2018. Ajmal Carbon – Man EDP This fragrance is for adventour loving people. The ones who are full of life and want to seize every moment. Formulated by Nazir Ajmal, Carbon has Citrus & Lavender as top notes. The middle notes belong to Clove & Violet. The Base notes are from Patchouli & Musk. Wear this fragrance to show off your lively personality. The perfume is priced just at INR 1200 for 100ml. Ajmal Neutron – Man EDP A genuine woody & musky fragrance for man. Available at just Rs. 1200, it is highly affordable. It has fruity top notes which give a truly refreshing feeling. At heart Neutron is citrus-y while the base notes are all woody & musky to give it a true manly touch. I personally really like this fragrance from Ajmal. He smells really desirable whenever he wears this smell. Ajmal Dreamer – Women EDP Dreamer is for a woman who dares to dream. She knows what she wants and she is ready to take up adventure in her journey. This aromatic fragrance brings out the sporty you. Dreamer has citrus-y top notes which are fresh and aromatic. The middle notes are from Woody, Ambery, Floral & Fruity. The base notes give a hint of Mossy, Floral & Musky. The fragrance is available at only INR 999 for 100ml. I am so sorry girls, I have been trying hard but could not manage to post earlier. Either it’s home or PR events, I have been bit torn apart. Last night I sat down to do this article over Happy Hamper, my laptop crashed. Moving on, I want to talk about Happy Hamper November 217 edition. I received the box a day before yesterday and I really wanted to share the contents of my box. For those who are new to the concept, Happy Hamper is a subscription box, in which you receive beauty, makeup & accessories (check out my last month’s Happy Hamper here). The November edition of Happy Hamper let’s you curate your own box, i.e. you can choose what to add to your box. The basic box contains 2 products Mcaffeine Smooth Jazz Caffeine Body Butter (worth Rs. 399) & Bella Voste Gel Eye Liner (Rs. 399) which you can got only for Rs. 435. If you wan to add more products to your box you can add from the given choices. You can choose your favorite products from various categories such as Skin Care, Hair Care, Makeup etc. The respective price of every product you add to your box will be added to the total amount of your box. I got 5 products in my box out of which 2 products were there by default and I chose 3 products of my choice. The total of my box hence came to 735 INR. Happy Hamper November 2017 Here are the contents of my box: IRAA Instashine Conditioning Hair Mist (Rs. 265 For 100ml) Bella Voste Glitter Nailpolish (Rs. 350 for 9ml) Mcaffeine Smooth Jazz Caffeine Body Butter ( Rs. 399 for 50gm) Bella Voste Gel Eyeliner (Rs. 399 for 1.2g) Natural Concept Gel (Rs. 80 for 50g) IRAA Instashine Conditioning Hair Mist This is a hair mist. Hair mists are bit new to Indian market, and many brands are coming up with their formulation. A hair mist is something that can instantly freshen up your hair without washing them. But do not confuse it with a dry shampoo though. It is just suposed to be sprayed on hair to revive them. IRAA Instashine Conditioning Hair Mist is enriched with Green Apple & Green Tea. It smells heavenly of green apples. I think, It is quite handy for those days when I have to rush somewhere and I don’t have time for a head wash, specially during winter. It is quite affordable too. I am already loving Iraa Insta Renew Eye Cream and I hope the hair mist works fine for me. Bella Voste Glitter Nailpolish I received 2 products from Bella Voste in my box and this one turned out to be a dud. This glittery nail paint seems beautiful but is so runny that I could manage only to grab few glitter particles over my nails. It really drips. I don’t know if it’s just my piece but totally a deal breaker for me. I am amazed to see the high price. It is not worth even a 100 buck. I wish I had chosen a chubby lipstick in place of this glitter nail paint. Mcaffeine Smooth Jazz Caffeine Body Butter For me Mcaffeine Smooth Jazz Caffeine Body Butter is the star product of the box. It is such a smooth & nice smelling butter that I have started using it already. It goes on skin and it just gets absorbed really fast with any fuss. Does not give oily feeling. Also keeps skin moisturized & smooth. This product definitely deserve a detailed review. So I shall be reviewing it soon. Bella Voste Gel Eyeliner – Caramel Brown 04 This is another Bella Voste product from my box. I really liked it. I like to use brown liners when I go for bold lips. This brown liner has quite prominent shimmer but I like them. They really give a shine to my eyes. The color, pigmentation & staying power is nice too. It is very soft to use. Being a water proof liner, it definitely worth the price mentioned above. Natural Concept Gel – Orange You know I have an oily + acne prone skin, gels really suit my skin. Natural Concept Orange Gel is beautiful in color firstly because it’s orange. It smells nice & is not sticky at all. I would like to try it for some time before coming out with this benefits & reviews. Above all, it’s very affordable too. What can you get under a 100 rupees these days? These were the products that I got in my Happy Hamper November Box. Every body has another reason to be happy because you can really decide your products and choose what you really want. You can control the cost of the box too. I found this concept really helpful. Except one dud, I really liked the all the products. My box costed about 700 bucks but is worth more than 1490 bucks. I found it a nice deal. The products that I got in the box are the ones I really wanted, so they are all usable. I hope you enjoyed this box review. I believe you liked the products.

If you are not a fan of tinted lip balms, you can use this clear & lightweight lip balm. It heals lips within few applications and protects them against further environmental damage . It is priced bit pricey among the others at 345 INR but does not contain parabenes or mineral oils. The ingredient list is also very impressive. Tvakh Midas Touch Ultra Nourishing Lip Tint With SPF This SPF infused lip tint is a great choice if you liked to use tinted lip balms. This is a 99% natural lip balm which gives a reddish/golden tint to lips. It is quite enchanting to use this lip balm. I ma not sure how many of you would really like to use this golden lip tint, but I feel it is quite unique. This lip tint is also free of parabenes, petroleum byproducts & GMO. Tvakh CE-NAMON Lip Plumper I know you all love lip plumper. They really works fab to give you a sensuous look. What could be more wonderful then using a Cinnamon infused lip product to get those ultra plumped lips. This lip plumper from Tvakh is a nice product which gives nice fluttering & tinted lips. So let me take you on a virtual tour of the products and the bag that I got this month. September Fab Bag 2017, is themed as The Object Of Desire. It is actually an anniversary bag. Congratulations to Fab Bag Team for the 5 fab years they have completed among us. It has been quite beautiful & glamorous time, I would say. I experienced a lot of self pampering since the day I started subscribing for Fab Bag. Making this bag a special one, Fab team packed 6 fabulous products out of which 3 are lip products. Supercilious. So let’s jump on to the bag and it’s contents. Hope you like them as much as I did. Fab Bag September 2017 – The Object Of Desire The theme sounds really sensuous. And the products quite justify the theme.The bag itself is quite a basic bag. It’s a cream colored, bit shiny & quality leather pouch that the Fab people has shipped this month. The bag could have been more desirable matching the theme. Here are 6 products that I received: Seasoul Moisture Matt Lead Free Lipstick – ML 12 ( Rs. 530/-) SUGAR Tic Tac Toe Pro Nail Lacquer – Rose And Rock (Rs. 299/-) Iraa Instarenew Multi Renew Under Eye Cream (Rs. 490 fr 20gm) Tvakh CE-Namon Lip Plumper (Rs. 225 for 6gm) Tvakh Midas Touch Ultra Nourishing Lip Tint ( Rs. 195) Seer Sedative Jasmine & Orange Soothing Yogurt Enzyme Body Cleanser (Rs. 72/- for 30ml) Seasoul Moisture Matt Lead Free Lipstick – ML 12 We just can’t get enough of lipsticks and Fab Bag knows this. With this bag, I received Seasoul Moisture Matte Lead Free Lipstick in ML 12 which is a pretty peach / subtle coral shade. The lipstick is moisturizing yet gives matte finish. It is bit pricey at Rs. 530, but is lead free lipstick which is a very big thing. Hence the price is justified. I have not tried the lipstick over my lips yet, hence can’t comment on it’s performance. SUGAR Tic Tac Toe Pro Nail Lacquer – Rose And Rock I love the Tic Tac Toe nail lacquer range from SUGAR. The range is vast, performing & affordable. The shade I got is Rose & Rock. It is a very pretty Shiny Rose shade. I was kind of hoping to get a similar shade for myself. Swatches will be out soon. Iraa Instarenew Multi Renew Under Eye Cream A fellow blogger reviewed this under eye cream from Iraa, and I quite liked the review. I have been using Oriflame’s eye cream from a while and kind of bored. I am going to switch to this new eye cream now. The texture of the eye cream is very lightweight. It absorbs very quickly under the eyes, leaving it moisturized without giving any shiny look. Looks quite promising. Need to test it’s efficacy on my dark circles. Tvakh CE-Namon Lip Plumper Fab Bag has been shipping out Tvakh products every month. This time I received two lip products from the same brand. I don’t know if it’s a mistake, but no issues. Tvakh CE-Namon Lip Plumper, of course contains Cinnamon which is a popular ingredient to give plumping effect to lips. The lip plumper also contains Argan Oil to condition the lips. Seems like a really nice lip treatment to me. Tvakh Midas Touch Ultra Nourishing Lip Tint It is another lip product from Tvakh. It is a lip tint which contains SPF 4. I don’t know how much effective SPF 4 is to protect lips. I think it’s as good as not having any SPF. But I am sure loving the gold colored flakes this lip tint has in it’s texture. It looks so beautiful that I do not want to use it. Seer Sedative Jasmine & Orange Soothing Yogurt Enzyme Body Cleanser It is a body cleanser sample from Seer Sedative. My first product form the brand. It smells heavenly of Jasmine. I have nice feeling about this product. I like to use flower based body washes & cleansers. The product is only 30ml, hence won’t last for long on my loofah. Tell me, isn’t the bag fabulous. The total cost of the products in the bag comes approximately 1800 bucks, which makes it a nice deal. I wish the bag could have been better, like I was smitten by last month’s bag. This month’s stars are the lip products that I received in the bag. I am also hopeful about the under eye cream. Will let you know, how the products fared on me. My Views I think eyebrow grooming is very important unless you are blessed with naturally shaped and bushy eyebrows. For a soul in distress like me, who has very think eye brows, an eyebrow shaper becomes the utmost requirement like a lipstick. My face looks more groomed after shaping my eyebrows and filling them properly. I was bit skeptical whether Maybelline Fashion Duo shaper in grey was going to suit my complexion or not. But literally it does not look unnatural even a bit. The pencil of the shaper is bit dry so need to swipe it again and again to shape my brow. I wish it were more creamy to go smoothly on my brows. The powder, on the other hand, goes on my brows very easily and gives a fuller looks to my brows. The color does not smudge or fade, and stays intact by the end of the day. It comes off easily with face wash or wet wipe when I want to take it off at night. Honestly I do not wear it every day, but I use it when I really need a groomed look. Otherwise Cameleon eyebrow pencil works for me. Likes 2 in 1 product. Pencil shapes eyebrows while powder gives fuller brows. Sturdy & travel friendly packaging. gives natural looking brows. Comes in 2 shades. Dislikes The pencil is not that creamy in texture hence it takes a lot of pressure to get the desired color out of the pencil. Summary : 4.5/5 Maybelline Fashion Duo Pencil in grey is very handy for those who have sparse eyebrows and want perfectly sculpted & full eyebrows. The 2 in 1 product really helps getting groomed eyebrows within 2 minutes. The product is budget friendly too as it sells on discounted price now. L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation – 140 Golden Beige : Swatches & Review

BB & CC Creams are my everyday’s staple but when it comes to special events no doubt I need a matte, transfer resistant, sweat proof, shine-proof & with build-able coverage foundation. I loved using L’Oreal Tue Match, few years back, and hence I picked up L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H foundation 140 Golden Beige without hesitation. Today while looking for something, I stumbled upon this foundation and realized I have not reviewed it on the blog. So here I am presenting my views on this foundation. L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation 140 Golden Beige Price Rs. 1400 for 30ml. Buy here at discounted price. Ingredients Packaging It comes in a transparent glass bottle with a pump fitted at the top. The pump is covered with a red cap to avoid accidental pumping. The shade name & number are printed on the cap as well as at the bottle. Ingredient list can be found ta the back of the bottle by peeling the label. The packaging is leak proof as I have traveled many times with this foundation in my luggage. And never experienced any leakage. L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation – Shades Infallible foundation is introduced in many shades covering the pales to the dusky beauties. All the shades are provided below: 120 Vanilla, 125 Natural Rose, 140 Rose Beige, 150 Radiant Beige, 200 Golden Sand, 220 Sand, 235 Honey, 250 Radiant Sand, 300 Amber, 320 Caramel toffee L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation 140 Golden Beige I got this foundation online. I literally went through every single review and swatch for this particular foundation to find my shade. I know I should have visited a physical store to get my shade matched, but I was really occupied by then and I had an event coming up. So I decided to buy this online. Golden Beige is a universal shade for me in terms of bases. The are the closest. Hence I decided to go with this shade. UPDATE: I also got L’Oreal Infallible Stay Fresh 24H Foundation Radiant Beige 150 as it is closest to Golden Beige 140 and matches my skin tone more. The shade has yellow tint to match my undertones, but somehow, I find the finish is more of grey-pink. Which kind of put me off. It’s nothing major, but it is not a perfect match for my wheatish skin tone. After blending a bit of pinkish hue can be seen. Fragrance & Texture It is a nice creamy foundation but goes matte very soon, hence one needs to be quick with the application. I would advise to moisturize skin thoroughly as it is a matte finish foundation otherwise you would not be able to blend in the foundation properly. A primer would ease the blending & perfect the finish. I mostly use my fingers to blend it, but it can be blended very well using a brush or a beauty blender. Pigmentation / Coverage The pigmentation of this foundation is very impressive. A coin sized foundation would nicely cover acne scars & even out skin very well. It gives medium to full coverage because it is buildable. Finish It sets off in matte (bit of powdery) finish. It kind of last really long since it does not transfer or smudge once set. As it has quick drying formula, I do not have to wait for my other makeup to put on. The finish is non oily & shine free for hours. Longevity As I mentioned above due to it’s texture & finish, it lasts very long on my oily skin even during summer. That’s the best feature of this foundation. A foundation should last really long so that other makeup can stay intact. It can really stand the Delhi heat & humidity. I have worn it for full days. Likes Smooth & fine texture. Gives a very natural finish while hiding imperfections. Does not transfer or smudge. Stays intact for long. A wide range of shades to choose from Does not look cakey. No whitecast. Contains SPF 18. Gives Medium coverage which is build-able. Does not break my skin. Dislikes Pricey. I have been ditching foundations from many years unless I have to attend a function or I must skip wearing SPF better photographs. I like to wear BB & CC creams more because they are handy & have a lot of skin benefits. They are better in moisturization, texture & finish than foundation, I feel. The shades are not techie. Why not choose a BB/CC Cream over a foundation then? today I will be talking about Faces CC Cream which is a new addition to my BB stash. Faces Correct & Care CC Cream – Primes, Perfects & Protects Faces brings a BB cream to you with multiple benefits to give you flawless looking skin in single step. It primes, perfects & protects. Primes: It conceals imperfections giving an even toned skin & radiance. Perfects: This is a non-oily formula , that gives dewy look. It is made with organic ingredients it provides anti ageing benefits. Protects: Infused with SPF 20, it protects skin from the UVA & UVB skin rays. while giving 12 hours hydration. Price Rs. 399 for 35ml. Buy here. Ingredients Shades Available in 2 shades – Natural & Sand. For light – wheatish skin tone one should go for Natural, while Sand is for dusky skin tones. Packaging The Faces CC Cream comes packed in a black matte card box with all the product information printed over it. Inside the card box, there is a black slim tube with a narrow opening. The packaging is classy, leak proof & travel friendly. Fragrance & Texture Faces CC Cream has a bit of chemically but mild fragrance, which goes away very soon. Texture wise it is just in between Garnier BB Cream & Lakme CC Cream. It is not thick as Lakme CC Cream and not as runny as Garnier BB Cream. It has just the perfect consistency. It is high on moisture level. You would not need another layer of moisture using this cream during summer no matter what kind of skin type you have. The texture is ultra smooth & feels very nice to rub in. My Experience I really got confused between the two shades of the CC cream. They are very alike. I got Sand because, I already use Lakme CC cream in Beige, which is bit lighter for my skin tone. I thought about mixing the two & yes it worked. The cream offers nice moisture level. Without even wearing any moisture beneath I can layer this CC Cream which is a nice thing. I like the smooth texture that this cream offers. It blends into my skin beautifully & leaves behind matte finish on my oily skin. But this cream does not keep my face matte for more than 2 hours like Lakme CC cream does. The CC creams has SPF 20 which is fine if you are staying indoor, but if you are going outdoor, please layer a real sunscreen. I wish I had picked up the lighter shade, I would have been able to wear it more. Likes Smooth fine texture. Blends beautifully No need to use additional moisturizer. Gives matte finish. Ingredient list is long but impressive. Affordable. Suitable for all skin type. No allergies or breakout noticed. Dislikes During summer, the CC cream can not keep my face matte for more than 2 hours. Summary : 4/5 It is a nice CC cream for Dry-Normal skin types during summer. It does not provide much coverage though. It would basically even out the skin tone. It is affordable. If you do not have things to conceal on your face, you can go for it for it’s beautiful texture. After going through such vigorous process of cleansing & grounding, the powder still smells so good. This is a powder, but not as fine as Sandalwood Powder is. It is like coarse sand or wood powder. The texture of the powder is like this because, the whole flower is grounded and not just the flower petals. If you have used Forest Essential ubtans, it has same texture like that. It can be mixed with water, milk, curd, lemon juice, rose water, toner anything you want. It will form a nice paste. How To Use The powder can be used in multiple ways for skin & hair. Night Cleanser Make a paste of this powder with water, curd, lemon juice, rose water, toner, milk etc. depending upon your skin type. Apply the paste on face in a light layer. Massage gently for few minutes & wash it off with water. I have been using it as my night cleanser from about 2 weeks. I mix 1 spoon of Hibiscus powder with rose water or water. And wash off after massaging it for a while. Pat dry my face and apply few drops of Indus Valley Skin Care Oil while giving a bit of massaging. As a Scrub + Mask This powder, due to it’s coarse texture, can be used as a scrub and mask too. Make a paste with anything runny & apply on you face. Leave it there for few minutes & then start massaging it giving your skin a nice scrubbing action. This works as a 2 in 1 scrub + mask. In a Hair Pack Hibiscus Powder’s benefits off hair care are well knows. To strengthen your hair roots, prevent immature grey hair & hair loss, use this powder in a hair pack. You can also mix it with curd to condition your hair well. You can mix it with Henna to impart a better color to your hair. As a Body Ubtan Make a paste of this powder with water and apply on your body, leave for few minutes & then scrub the dead skin away while massaging it to improve blood circulation. Skip applying soap or body wash. You will notice glowing skin after your shower. When Hibiscus powder is applied on skin or scalp, it gives a soothing effect to it. It is anti inflammatory hence, takes away redness & scaliness of skin. The Hibiscus powder is also consumed to treat various ailments such as liver malfunctioning & constipation, but, I would not suggest to do so without consulting your doctor. My Experience I am very happy that I got to try this natural & organic Hibiscus powder. I already was a fan of Hibiscus powder, but it is very difficult to find a 100% pure product. In the past I have used Hibiscus powder from various brands, and that’s how, I can tell, how authentic & effective this product is. I use this powder in my skin care & hair care. This has surely simplified my skin care routine, specially when I am travelling. I do not have to carry separate cleansers, scrubbers or masks. One product does it all. Skin is free of impurities, redness or flakiness. I have not experienced any acne breakout on account of this powder, while Forest Essential Ubtan broke me out very badly when I used it few years ago. Whenever I am in Ultra-DIY-Mode, I mix Hibiscus Powder & Sandalwood power (that too from Indus Valley), with water/rose water to form a paste and use it as a soothing & clarity mask. It makes my skin glowy & calm. It’s one of my Summer special mask (I am working on this post). I also like the fact that the powder is very affordable despite of being 100% natural & organic. Otherwise, the other organic products are very costly and the organic brands keep on raising it’s products’ prices (am talking about you Forest Essential 🙂 ) Likes 100% natural & organic Hibiscus Powder. Hi, The month started with a nice surprise. I got my June Fab Bag – The Boho Chic, on the very first day of the month. I was delighted to find it at my door step so early. I just can’t help but put the contents of the bag in front of you guys. With this bag my 6 months subscription of Fab Bag ends. Next month, I will be renewing it for another few months. I am also thinking to try Glamego and other beauty box in town, there are plenty actually. There are jewelry boxes, lifestyle boxes, beauty+food boxes and what not. So why not explore them all. What say? I will let you know in few days. Coming back to my fab bag of June 2017, It contains only 4 products and a 10% off renew coupon. The products look good though. The bag itself is made of Jute & defines the Boho style too. This month’s bag is quite opposite to the blingy & quirky bags of the past months. It’s simple & elegant. The products too are quite basic but high quality. I have not tried it yet, but, I will be coming out with it’s swatches very soon as it looks very tempting. Glad that I also got the black version of this kajal. Biobloom- Foot Cream with Eucalyptus I am getting a lot of foot products in beauty subscription boxes, & I do not ever use them. I just give them away. But this time, I am definetly going to use this foot cream from Biobloom, because it contains Eucalyptus which has a soothing aroma. APS Cosmetofood: Activated Organic Spring Water I am using Avene Thermal Spring Water (pending for review), which is good, but little costly. I will be happy to try out APS Cosmetofood spring water and see if it is as good as the Avene one. It’s always nice to find a dupe of a costly products. These were the 4 products that I received in my June Fab Bag, which look very promising, & I really, really plan to use all these four items as I mostly forget about the products that I get in subscription box. They keep on lying unused hidden in my closet. Overall, June 2017 Fab Bag is a nice edition. It is worth 1399 bucks, which qualifies it as a nice bag.
