Isn’t it? It’s a beautiful month. The temperature is pleasant and flowers are blooming. Random showers are keeping the spirit of Monsoon alive. Also when it’s your birthday month, you feel happier than ever. Tu thodi der aur thahar jaa…. Coming to today’s review, I have SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick in Mia Sangria for you which I got in my June 2018 Fab Bag. SUGAR Liquid Lipsticks are already famous for their long lasting performance. These lipsticks do not smudge or melt or fade away for 6+ hours as I have tested. The shade range is perfect. I have already tried & loved SUGAR Liquid Lipstick in Pink Rethink & Tan Fan. It’s been almost 3 months that I have received Mia Sangria, but I did not wear it much. I took it as a plum shade as it looks from the packaging. But it is a cool toned Mauve shade, which is suitable even for my wheatish skin tone. Let’s get familiar with this liquid lipstick from SUGAR. SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Mia Sangria 22 Already famous for it’s long stay and intense color, SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipsticks offer another beautiful shade, Mia Sangria. This is a beautiful Mauve shade. It is a cool toned pink which could be used to achieve bold lip looks. Price : Available for INR 499 / 4.5ml. Find it at Amazon, SUGAR & Nykaa. Ingredients Packaging The liquid lipstick is packed as a lip gloss for the obvious reasons. There is a transparent tube with a black colored cap cum applicator on the mouth of the tube. There is a nice soft & long brush applicator which gives even and intense application. The mouth of the tube is very narrow hence a little product comes out and also there is no wastage. The lipstick i very compact and leak proof which makes it travel friendly. SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick – Shade Mia Sangria Mia Sangria is a Purple Pink or Mauve shade  as I mentioned earlier. In various lightnings the intensity of the shade changes. Sometimes, it looks cool toned pink while the other times it loos an intense purple shade. Also you can control the intensity of the color with the application. Mia Sangria is suitable for Light-fair skin tones. If applied in moderation it suits my wheatish skin too. But it can wash out dusky beauties. Fragrance & Texture There is a specific kind of fragrance to SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipsticks. I would not call it pleasant but is very chemically. Though there is no weird taste to the lipstick. Texture wise, the lipstick is very smooth and rich. It glides effortlessly on lips. It is a liquid lipstick but does not accentuate fine lines extensively. I would still suggest to wear a lip balm underneath the lipstick. Pigmentation There is no doubt about the pigmentation and color pay off when it comes to SUGAR Cosmetics. Every single product I have ever used from SUGAR is fabulous in terms of pigmentation. This lipstick too, gives an opaque color in just one swipe. But then, I never settle for one swipe. Finish & Staying Power SUGAR Smudge Me Not sets quickly in a powder-y finish. It’s not highly uncomfortable, but if you are not used to wearing such powder-y finish, you might find it bit tacky. There is absolutely no smudge or melt down even after hours. You can easily have a cup of coffee or snacks. Since the color is bit dark, it does not leave your lips completely until you use a makeup remover. It stays for 6+ hours without fading. Later on the color could go off from here and there.   SUGAR is one of my favorite makeup brands. I can rely on it’s products for their performance.  I am not a fan of Mauve shades, but SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick In Mia Sangria, is something that makes me happy.
