At one end there is a pointy color pigment (kohl) while at the other end, a nice smudger is fixed. The kohl end is covered with an opaque white cap while the smudger end is covered with a transparent plastic cap. The pencil is easy to carry & convenient to use. Plum logo and some information regarding the kajal has been printed in purple color. There is a black band just before the smudger end to indicate the color of the kajal. I actually got the Plum Angel Eyes Kohl Kajal in a combo offer with Plum Nature Studio All day Wear Kohl Kajal, hence got a sharpner as well as nice compact mirror with the deal from amazon. That deal is over now but, another deal is still running on Amazon. It offers a free bag & a sharpner with the kajals. Shade – True Black The color is beautiful black. It’s not matte but does not ultra glossy. Once smudged, the shine goes away. Fragrance & Texture As such, while applying the kajal, I do not smell anything out of it. Only if I really hard to smell the pencil, then there is a very faint sweet smell. it’s very mild. Texture wise, it is very smooth despite of not being ultra creamy. I actually like the fact that it is not ultra creamy since, the ultra creamy ones keep on breaking off every now and then. It does not break off and still glides on my water line & lash line very easily without hurting my eyes. Pigmentation It is a highly pigmented kajal. I really like the intense color pay off it gives.
