I have used almost every variant from the Garnier Ultra Blends range. I especially liked Garnier Ultra Blends Soy Milk & Almonds Intense Repair Shampoo & Conditioner I am also very impressed with Garnier Ultra Blends Anti Hair Fall Shampoo Royal Jelly & Lavender One thing I also have noticed that the shampoos from this range perform much better than their counterpart conditioners. I picked up Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Deep Nourishing Conditioner because I have dry hair. Olive oil-based shampoos and conditioners work really well on my hair. I have been using this Olive based conditioner for about a month now. I am penning down my experience with the same today. Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Deep Nourishing Conditioner Garnier Ultra Blends range brings another gem in the series. You can buy the conditioner form various offline stores & online websites. Ingredients Packaging The Ultra Blends range has nice sturdy packaging. Each variant comes in the same style but a different color plastic bottles. This Mythic Olive conditioner comes in an inverted, olive-colored opaque plastic bottle with a light golden flip-top cap fitted at its mouth. The cap’s opening has a leaf embossed at the opening. The bottle has all the details about the product. The packaging is quite sturdy but 175ml product is not something I would call travel friendly. Fragrance & Texture I thought it would smell like olives but no it smells exactly like the other variants from the range – sweet. The texture of this off white colored conditioner is smooth creamy & of medium consistency. It is not much runny but won’t get stuck inside the bottle as Organix Conditioners do. My Experience As I mentioned earlier I have dry hair. During the recent monsoon season, they turned really bad. They were too rough & unmanageable in addition to falling out altogether. Bliss Of Earth Hair Oil & Indus Valley Growout Hair Oil really helped me with my hair fall issue, but the dry ends needed long-lasting care of a rich conditioner. And that’s when I grabbed this Mythic Olive conditioner. I had high hopes. Firstly because it was Olive Oil based & secondly because the range has been a hit for me. I like the texture of the conditioner which feels really rich promising to leave my hair nourished. The smell is nice & the packaging is convenient & sturdy. I use this conditioner after every shampoo wash. I take 2 dollops of this conditioner. Apply from hair mid-lengths till the end. Leave the conditioner for at least 5 minutes & then rinse it off with cold water. My hair detangles easily. They feel soft to touch. I do not however notice much shine or nourishment. The very next day of head washes my hair has more roughness & dullness, especially at the ends. I found this conditioner to be just average. It does nothing extraordinary in terms of nourishment. Do I Recommend Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Deep Nourishing Conditioner? If you have normal to oily hair types, this hair conditioner is good. If you have dry hair, this hair conditioner will leave hair manageable but won’t give much nourishment. Overall, Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Deep Nourishing Conditioner, is a parabene free conditioner which will suit normal hair. It mainly contains Virgin olive Oil & Vitamin E. Ingredients Packaging Tresemme Botanique is a new range from Tresemme which emphasis on using more natural ingredients to remove product build up from scalp and hair. The packaging kind of depicts the fact. Tresemme Botanique Detox & Restore Shampoo is contained in a forest green matte bottle with a black press-to-open cap which also can be unscrewed from the mouth of the bottle. The bottle is opaque which makes it easier for the brand to gimmick us of giving 190 ml only for 150 bucks while in reality the bottle of any Tresemme shampoo or conditioner are always half filled. Tresemme Botanique Nourish & Repenish Conditioner comes in a white colored opaque bottle with black press to open cap at the top. The conditioner bottle contains graphics of herbs (Ginseng & Neem), with other information printed at the back. I find the packaging to be attractive, informative, leak proof & sturdy. Fragrance & Texture The fragrance of Tresemme products is always good & this range too does fit for the statement. The fragrance is little on herbal side but not in a pungent way. I rather find the fragrance sweet & mild. Sadly, the smell does not linger on hair for long. The shampoo is very runny in consistency & clear gel in texture. It lathers very well, so I do not need to use a lot of product in order to clean my hair and scalp. On the other hand, the conditioner s bit thick in consistency because it is cream based. It is white in color and is not much runny. I unscrew the cap of the conditioner to take out the product because it takes a lot of time to take out the product otherwise. My Views My hair type is dry & dull. My hair ends are really always in dire need of moisture. I like to oil my hair before shampooing to boost some moisture in my hair. I also detest using those shampoos, conditioners & serum which gives silicon build up on my hair. This range from Tresemme is specially to remove product build up and induce the natural shine into hair. I picked up this combo of shampoo & conditioner with out any hesitation. It is important to use a clarifying shampoo every few days to keep your hair free of product build up. Talking about the shampoo I like the smell, consistency & the texture. It lathers well upon mixing when diluted with water. It cleanses my scalp & hair of any dirt, grim & oil that my hair might have. If I have oiled my hair, I do go for an another round of shampoo but with half the amount. My hair feels soft & smells nice while I am still rinsing them. Taking out the excess water out of my hair after shampoo, I take out some conditioner in the palm of my hand. I spread it across my hair till roots avoiding the scalp. It it not that utterly creamy conditioner, like I want my conditioner to be, but it still amazingly conditions & de-tangles my hair withing 3-5 minutes while I take my shower. After taking my shower, I rinse out the conditioner & take out excess water out of my hair. Let my hair dry naturally & then go for a hair serum. The texture of my hair has improved. There is definitely induced level of shine. My hair are more obi dent and less frizzy. I really am liking this hair care combo. Summary I really recommend Tresemme Botanique Detox & Restore Shampoo And Nourish & Replenish Conditioner, as clarifying shampoo & conditioner which are free of parabenes & dyes. The shampoo cleanses scalp and hair of dirt, oil & grim. Contains anti bacterial & anti fungal ingredients. The conditioner is nourishing and works even on dry & dull hair. The combo seem to be suitable for all hair types, as the texture of the combo is very light.
