NYX Sculpt & Highlight Face Duo in Almond/Light- SHFD02 Use our sculpt & highlight Face Duo for an effortless transformation! Our liquid formula has buildable coverage and will blend seamlessly for a flawless contour. Ingredient: Water/Aqua, Trimethylsioxysilicate, Trimethylsiloxyphenyl, ?Dimethicone, Isononyl Isononanote, Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Silica, Sorbtian Olivate, Euphorbia Cerifera, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Cocos Nucifera, Tocophryl Acetate, Caprylyl Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Alumina, Phenoxyethanol. Packaging: I like tube packaging specially because they are easy to carry around. NYX Duo, also comes in a tube with wand. Its just so easy to apply and toss back into your travel pouch. Perfect for touch ups too. Make sure to open either highlighter or the contouring end at a time, otherwise you will spill the other. Shade: Almond/Light- SHFD02 . This particular shade will suit light to light medium shades. The highlighter shade is yellow toned while the contouring shade is Almond, the final finish is little orange-ish. Smell: Very artificial non pleasant smell. But you don’t smell it until you put the wand under your nose. Consistency & pigmentation: Oil free smooth liquid. I generally use Maybelline Fit Me concealer as under eye highlighter too, I find the NYX DUO’s highlighter shade similar to maybelline’s concealer. The final finish is also the same. NYX Duo’s highlighter’s pigmentation is as good as maybelline’s concealer.I don’t use a concealer for my under eyes, when I am using this highlighter. Coming to the contour shade, the pigmentation is good enough to make an instant difference. I found the texture of the contouring shade bit thicker than the highlighter. Staying Power: The product stays put for 4-5 hours on my oily skin. On Normal-Dry skin it will last longer. Finish: Since the product is oil free, it gives matte but natural finish. Also it depends how beautifully you blend it. I used sponges/ beauty blenders to blend it. Likes: Convenient, sleek and travel friendly packaging. Highlighter can work as an under eye concealer too. Buildable coverage. Natural finish. Oil free. No breakouts noticed. Staying power is decent. Perfect consistency to work with. Dislikes: Only three shades available in India. Pricey. Summary: A 2 in 1 highlighting & contouring product, which gives oil free natural finish and buildable coverage. Little pricey though. When  I saw it on Nykaa last week, I ordered it immediately. I wanted to use it while getting ready for my Karva Chauth Night. But It didn’t arrive on time. Today I was just writing a new post for HighOnGloss.com, I received a call from some courier guy that he is just outside my house to deliver my Nykaa Order. I was relived that it finally arrived. Now I will have to wait till Diwali, to flaunt it. With NYX Duo, I also got 2 other products, a new mascara & a face pack. NYX Duo is a 2 in 1 product. It is designed to take care of the sculpting & highlighting needs of your face. They are launched in 3 shades in India. I got mine in Almond/Light (SHFD02).   I am not really fan of Maybelline Mascaras, they clump a lot. My current L’Oreal Mascara was getting drier day by day, so I thought let’s give these falses a chance. Last but the very trustworthy is Biotique Bio Clove Face Pack. It is specially formulated for oily & acne prone skin, & I can vouch for it’s effectiveness. All the reviews/swatches will be posted soon. Till then, take care. Stay High, Stay Fab.
