I do not notice anything after opening the tube. I just love this fact. Texture wise, the lip stain is fine and smooth. It spreads easily on lips. The formula is quick dry, and I prefer wearing a clear lip balm beneath my matte lip products so that the wear stays comfortable. Although the lip stains do not dry out lips on their own. Pigmentation The lip stains are high on pigmentation. If you have used Maybelline lip stains or Miss Claire soft lip creams, you would really appreciate NELF lip stains in terms of pigmentation. The pigmentation offered by these lip stains is comparable to SUGAR lip products. Finish & Staying Power Lip stains generally give soft matte finish and NELF lip stains are no exception. The finish of these lip stains is soft matte to complete matte. Wearing a clear lip balm definitely helps with the matte effect. NELF lip stains do not transfer, and that’s why they stay for long hours on lips. I have worn shade no 05 for 5-6 hours on a stretch and the color lip stain did not feel tacky or patchy. But the intensity of the color stays same. I have worn these lipsticks for more than 6 hours in a day without any touch ups. You can’t get rid of the color from your lips without using a nice makeup remover. To get rid of the color, I prefer to massage my lips with almond oil and then wipe off with wet cotton ball. Some lipsticks from the range have satin finish while some are full matte. The finish does not hinder the performance of the lipsticks. NELF Waterproof Gel Eye Liner Silver : Swatches & Review

NELF Waterproof Gel Liner in Silver doubles up as a creamy eye shadow. I have worn it as an eye shadow too. It stayed there on my lids beautiful with out much smudge for 3-4 hours and then I took it off. I wore it over a primer.

Another Saturday Rambling – Another Haul

Before I got married, my Saturdays were dedicated to shopping with my sister. It does not happen much now, as we live in different cities. Since we are together this weekend, we decided to make the Saturday remember-able and have a walk down the memory lane which resulted into a small haul. I have tried the Almond version of Garnier Ultra Blends Range, and it suited my hair really well. Since I am a fan of lavender smell, I got it. Hope this variant( Royal Jelly & Lavender ) will also suit my hair. Joveen Musk is a brilliant fragrance, and I use it now and then. Was quite hesitant about the Streax Hair Serum but the SA insisted a lot. NELF is a relatively new brand to Indian market, but is a decent and affordable USA brand. I got a lip gloss and silver gel liner from NELF. I don’t know why, but Incolor has impressed me quit a lot these days. I have used eyeliners from Incolor as well as lip colors. Today I got 2 in 1 lip creams from Incolor which are similar to NYX Lip Creams. Also picked a quite orange-y lip gloss. I am a fan of Elle 18 nail pops, got few more shades. Aroms Magic Anti Pigmentation mask, is a my HG mask. It was getting over hence, got it. Also got Dabur Gulabari, it’s quite refreshing when used with face masks. After shopping, we sat down for coffee to rest our feet, we agreed, how much we missed it. This time together, no matter how old we get, we can never forget the connection that we have between us. I got this little box just because it was way to cute to miss. I have something for boxes. I love them. Someday, I will show my collection. Is there anything you liked in my small haul?
