Hi, Coral shades are like my weakness, specially in lip colors. With my June Fab Bag, I had an option to choose my makeup product. I was presented with a list of Johara Creme Rich Lip Colors, I had to choose my shade. Most of them looked deep shades, while I wanted something bright & bold. I picked up Poppy Coral. After receiving it in my recent fab bag, as I opened the cap of the lip color, I was bit disappointed, why? You will come to know in a while. Johara Creme Rich Lip Color Johara presents high in moisture lipsticks that are Parabens free, Lanoline free, Mineral Oil free & Nano-ingredient free. This rich lip color has rare Ricin Oil & Vitamin E to hydrate & nourish your lips. The lip color comes in 12 dazzling shades to suit your work place and party mood. Price Rs. 395 for 4.5g. Ingredients Johara Creme Rich Lip Color – Shades This lip color comes in 12 shades as listed below: Cranberry, Cherry Red, Cocoa Delight, Grape Wine, Mahogany, Pink Flash, Pink Petals, Poppy Coral, Princess, Saucy Red, Sunny Squash, Tempting Fudge. Most of the shades are deep. While Summer Trends 2017 calls for bright & bold shades. Packaging The lipstick comes inside a black card box. This is a signature packaging from Johara. It looks classy. The actual lip color is packed inside a silver bullet with gold interior. The bullet looks very pretty as you open the cap. You will find shade name at the bottom of the bullet. All other is information including ingredients, price etc is printed over the outer packaging. The packaging is sturdy & travel friendly. Fragrance & Texture I hardly notice any scent from lipsticks, but this is a highly scented lip color from Johara. It smells chocolaty sweet. Though I don’t taste anything weird on my lips after wearing it. Even after wearing for half an hour, I can feel a fainted chocolate smell. Since the smell is pleasant, I don’t mind it. This is a rich in moisture lip color, hence it glides very smoothly on my lips. I do not need to use a lip balm underneath this lipstick. The texture makes it give a satin smooth finish to my lips. I can blot the shine off my lips when I do not want it. Due to creamy nature of the bullet, it can’t stand heat much. Also I try not to apply much pressure otherwise it leaves behind little chunks. Shade – Coral Poppy If you have seen Poppy Coral flower, it is pretty coral in color. I mistook the shade name and thought this shade is going to be a coral one. It is nothing coral. It is a deep peach-brown shade. A shade which looks dupe of Nykaa PaintStix Peaches n Cream. It is an everyday shade which is going to suit every skin tone-. But it’s not coral which is heartbreaking. It leaves behind a peachy-pink tint. Pigmentation Pigmentation of the lip color is decent. Two swipes gives nice color pay off. I never really use one swipe of anything. It just does not give me satisfaction. The lipstick does not look patchy at all. The color is evenly distributed. Longevity It is a moisturizing lipstick, hence it transfers a lot in the first hour of application. It can’t survive meals, you would loose it completely or at least from the center of your lips a very dreadful look that is. If you are not having meals then also it won’t survive more than 3 hours without touch ups. Likes Creamy texture. Enriched with Ricin Oil & Vitamin E. Hydrates lips & does not accentuate fine lines. Gives satin smooth finish finish. Nice sturdy packaging. Has a nice fragrance. Poppy Coral is a shade suitable for all skin types. Free of parabenes, Lanoline, Mineral Oil & Nano-ingredient. Dislikes Misleading name. Can not survive meals. Staying power is low. Summary : 4/5 Highly moisturizing lipsticks have a tendency to transfer easily hence does not stay on lips for long. This lipstick is not a must have, but it is okay in terms of pigmentation. If you do not mind frequent touch ups, you can go for much better shades in the range. Johara is a new brand to me, I have not used much products from this brand apart form Johara nail paint which again I received in Fab Bag. But it looks promising to me. Hello, Gorgeous Girls. I am back with another lipstick review. I got this lipstick in my recent Fab Bag. This is a new brand to me. I never heard about the brand- Seduction Las Vegas (SLV), before Fab Bag introduced it to me. I was not impressed with the packaging though. But seeing a brand new lipstick, I could not hold back for long. I opened the packaging & applied it on my lips. Let me tell you how was my experience with this lipstick. About Seduction Las Vegas Lipstick Seduction Las Vegas is famous for it’s nail colors. Now it’s bringing it’s lipstick range too. Seduction Las Vegas Lipsticks are highly pigmented & creamy textured, while giving moisture to your lips for smooth & semi matte finish. The lipsticks are Vitamin E enriched. Price The lipsticks are very easy on pocket. Priced at Rs. 180. The packaging is very matte. The packaging looks little flimsy. Shade – Nude Love 06 I have been hoarding a lot of bold colors. Fab Bag asked me to choose my shade for this lipstick range, I went for Nude Love. I have a secret crush for nude lippies. I am glad, I chose this shade. It is peachy brown shade, my type of nude. Even though the finish is semi matte, I can make it look totally matte by blotting it with a tissue if I want. But I do not blot it right away since it loses it’s glossiness after a hour or so. And after that my lips look more beautiful with peachy brown tint on my lips. Texture The texture of this lipstick is very creamy & smooth. I like how it feels on my lips. It does not feel waxy. The quality is good. The brand claims that it is enriched with Vitamin E, which I think is a plus point. This surely moisturizes my lips instead of drying them. Pigmentation The pigmentation of this lipstick is decent. It gives nice color pay off. The color shows well even on pigmented lips. The color can be built further on without making lips looking patchy. I apply at max 2 coats for perfect color on my lips. Finish The finish of this lipstick is semi matte. There is no utterly glossiness, but a bit of sheen is present. I generally prefer matte lipsticks. I blot my glossy lipsticks. I mostly wear it as it is since it loses its glossiness within an hour. Longevity Even though it loses it’s glossiness within an hour but it never loses it’s color. It provides nice tint to lips which stays for 3-4 hours on my lips. This totally works for me. I can have in between meals and still flaunt tinted lips. How cool is that? Likes Moisturizing on lips. Beautiful shade- Nude Love. Very very affordable. Lasts for 3-4 hours. Dislikes Flimsy packaging. Loses sheen after an hour. (not a con for me) Summary : ❤❤❤❤ This is a new range of lipsticks which are highly affordable but with quality product. The shade Nude Love, from SLV, is very nice peachy brown shade, makes a perfect nude color. The lipstick is moisturizing and enriched with Vitamin E. Would like to try more shades from this range. Recently HOG was getting a lot of search queries like new Elle 18 lipsticks. I wondered is there a new version of Elle 18 lipsticks that I am not aware of. I browsed through and realized you people are looking for Color Boost Range of Elle 18 Lipsticks. So here I am writing a review of this range and putting up few swatches of a beautiful colour Superlicious Red from the same range. Elle 18 is an affordable brand which is very popular among youngsters specially the college going girls. To be frank I never liked the initial versions of Elle 18 lipsticks since they lacked at the pigmentation front. But Elle 18 is improving its formula constantly and now the lipsticks perform really well at every front. About Elle 18 Color Boost Lipstick Elle 18 presents this much improved new formula of Color Boost lipsticks containing dual core for intense pigmentation and moisturisation. The lipsticks stay for long hours while keeping your lips moisturised with Cocoa Butter. A wide of shades available to choose from. Price Rs. 150. Buy here at discounted price. Ingredients Not mentioned. Packaging The lipstick comes in the signature packaging of Elle 18 lipisticks this time with a little variance in colour. The lipstick comes in a black a bullet with bright pink cap. The cap shows off Elle 18 logo with a Chic wearing a pink lip colour. The lipstick is dual core. At the core there is Cocoa Butter to give moisturisation as well as the sheen to lips. Shade name and no are printed at the bottom of the lipstick. Shade – Superlicious Red 10 The Color Boost range of Elle 18 lipsticks contain more than 15 beautiful colours. The shade Superlicious Red is a beautiful bright lip colour. Looks really beautiful on lips. Texture & Smell The texture of the lipstick is creamy and since it contains Cocoa butter it make the formula very easy to glide on lips and gives beautiful luscious lips. The lipstick does not smell a bit. Also does not taste weird. Pigmentation The pigmentation of Elle 18 lipsticks has improved a lot over the past few years. The pigmentation of this range is also decent. 1-2 swipes are enough to give that perfect colour to my lips. Finish The lipstick gives a satin finish. But a matte finish can be achieved by blotting your lips with a tissue. To achieve intense pigmentation, apply a layer of the colour to your lips and then blot with a tissue. Again swipe the lipstick bullet across your lips for final finish. Longevity Being a moisturizing lipstick the shade stays only for 2-3 hours and wears off leaving a beautiful reddish tint behind. Regular touch ups are required to keep the lips full of colour. Likes The formula is creamy & moisturising. Contains Cocoa Butter. Decent pigmentation. Attractive packaging. Affordable. Easily available. Does not dry out lips. Dislikes Does not stay for more than 2-3 hours. Summary This range of Elle 18 lip colour is very affordable and offers wide range of shades to choose from. The improved pigmentation of Elle 18 lipsticks is decent though the staying power of this range in not much impressive. In case you are low on budget or do not mind touching up, few gorgeous shades from this range won’t hurt. NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipstick LSS511 CHAOS : Swatches & Review

NYX has improved its formula for the Round lipsticks and that's why they are known as Extra Creamy Round Lipsticks. The texture is way too creamy that the bullets feel very soft on lips and glides very smoothly across my lips. I just wonder how come it does not bleed while being so damn creamy. It absolutely feels like you are smothering my lips in rich cream. This creamy texture takes away all the dryness of my lips.
