I really recommend Mirabelle Cosmetics Fairness Facial Masks if you are into Korean Skin Care or new to the term. These are highly effective, non irritating, cooling & affordable. Skin feels nourished, clearer & brighter with every use. The K-Masks are travel friendly too. But don't get mislead by the term 'Fairness' associated with the masks as this term here only means brightness here. Also you might need to adjust the size according to your face structure, which is an issue with other sheet masks also.

Face whitening & brightening creams sell like hot cakes in India. If someone really does the math, might really wonder, how come Indians still have olive skin tones? Because a face cream or face wash that claims to whiten skin tone cannot really alter the original shade of skin. So the skin whitening creams are a hoax? No, they are not useless. I am not against using brightening creams. From time to time I too use them depending upon my skin condition. After having a nice experience with Citra Green Tea Spot Less Face Cream, I also tried my hands on Citra Pearl Fair Face Cream. My main intention to buy the cream was to only put it for a review since I was getting a lot of hits for this face cream. I have been testing it from last 2 weeks which I think is a nice time to talk about a skin care product. Let me walk you through the review of this face cream. I shall also tell you why it’s important to use a brightening cream. Citra Pearl Fair Glow Enhancing & Brightening Face Cream With Korean Pink Pearl Citra Pearl Glow face cream is infused with naturally lightening & nutrients rich Korean Pink Pearl. The cream is light weight & non greasy but only replenishes skin of pearl goodness. It nourishes skin while improving skin texture It provides instant luminous effect Reduces dark marks Evens out skin tone. Price & Availability It is priced at Rs. 99 for 30gms and Rs. 199 for 50gm. It is quite affordable face cream which is economical too. You can buy it from offline stores or online shopping portals such as Amazon. Ingredients Packaging Citra Pearl Face Cream comes packaged in the signature packaging of Citra i.e. shiny white opaque tube with beautifully printed labels on it. The tube has a pump fitted at the top which is covered with a transparent plastic cap to avoid accidental pump pressing or product spillage. The packaging is quite travel friendly. I really like such creams which take no effort to sink into the skin. Fragrance of the cream is mild & nice but feels artificial. My Experience I have oily, acne prone & sensitive skin. All the hell can break loose in just one application of any skin care product which is not suitable for my skin type. I have had nice experience with the green tea version of the cream, hence picked up this pearl one. Why I need to use a brightening cream? Whitening & brightening are two different terms. Whitening is like you are trying to whiten your skin tone (which is almost impossible unless you go really harsh on your skin), while brightening in skin care refers to the polished version of your skin tone. Removing tan & dead skin from epidermis can really do the trick. Also to get rid of dark spots , is an added advantage when you use a brightening cream. My main concern is the dark spots left behind by frequent acne eruptions. Using a brightening creams is must for me. I like the texture of Citra Pearl Fair Face Cream that is almost similar to Citra Green Tea Face Cream. It is light weight and gets easily absorbed. There is no white cast to be noticed, maybe because there is no SPF as well. There is no heavy feeling or oily residue to be noticed. It feels like it’s the best matte glow & smooth finish to the skin. After one and half an hour I start to feel oily T zone. That I can still bear but it really start irking my skin. It even ignited already dead acne spots. It is like a fuel to acne bacteria. Dreadful. Likes Lightweight texture, non greasy application. Gives matte finish. Nice fragrance. Affordable, economical & easily available. Regular usage helps to even out skin tone. Attractive & travel friendly packaging. Dislikes Aggravates existing acne. Turns skin oily within 2 hours of application. Do I recommend Citra Pearl Fair Face Cream? Normal to Combination skinned beauties who do not suffer from acne eruptions would really love this face cream. Dry skinned girls will not get enough moisture out of this face cream Oily skinned girls with acne, please do not invest in this face cream. I am not going to repurchase this face cream. Citra Pearl Fair Face Cream with Korean Pink Pearl contains quite exotic ingredient. Pearl is generally associated with complexion enhancement. It does work in that field while being affordable & economical. But it is not for every one. If you do not have oily or acne prone skin, you might find it really nice & working for you to great extent. But otherwise stay away from it. Thank you very much for the response you gave for my review to Citra Green Tea Face Wash. Today I am going to review Citra Pearl Face Wash for you which contains Korean Pink Pearl. Citra claims that, it has formulated it’s products after discovering hidden gems of nature all around the world. I have used the Green Tea range from the brand which really impressed me. Hence I did not think again while picking up the Pearl version of this face wash. Citra Pearl Fair Face Wash With Korean Pink Pearl is meaning to enhance the glow brighten your complexion with regular use. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, once a day. Here I am presenting my views over the face wash. Hope you enjoy the review. Price Rs. 85 for 50gm. Buy from Amazon.in. Ingredients Packaging The face wash comes in a white opaque squeeze tube with a semi transparent flip-top cap. The flip top cap needs bit of force to open. The packaging looks classy no doubt. There are labels at the front and the back of the tube which illustrate the ingredients & instructions on how to use the product. The product is travel friendly too. It is leak proof. How To Use Wet your face with water, take a pea size amount of the face wash, add some water to it, apply to your face. Massage for few moments and rinse of with water. For best results use Citra Pearl Face Cream, which is a counterpart of this face wash. Fragrance & Texture The fragrance of the green tea face wash more on herbal side, but this face wash’s fragrance is bit artificial. It smells very sweet & powdery. It is a pinkish but transparent gel based face wash. The face wash reminded me of Pond’s White Beauty Cleansing Gel . But the Pond’s one lathers very well, while Citra Pearl Face Wash does not lather much. But cleanses very well. My Experience I was bit hesitant to pick up the face wash because, I thought it might be a creamy face wash and might not suit my oily skin during this monsoon season. Still, I got this since I could not resist it. But upon reaching home, I was relived to find it gel based. I am not that crazy about using a foaming face wash. I can do well with not-so-much-lathering face washes too. This gel face wash does not lather much, but helps to aid a nice massaging action. So blood circulation increases, and here you are with a nice glow as soon as you wipe off your face. Even though it does not lather much, it is nothing short in effectiveness. It is effective in dissolving & taking off dirt, oil & impurities. It does not leave any residue behind. I do not feel any slippery film over my skin. Coming to the results of the face wash, it leaves my skin very fresh, soft & bright. The Korean Pearls really work there magic through, or may be it’s the massaging that brings out the glow. There is no stretchy feeling to be noticed afterwords. This is a face wash, stays on skin for a minute or so. Hence there are no long term or persistent results. Non foaming face wash. Cleanses skin effectively. Leaves skin soft & glowy. Does not strip away moisture from skin. Smells nice. Suitable for all skin types. Affordable. Dislikes Skin brightening is temporary. The effect does not last for long. Summary : ❤❤❤❤ Citra Pearl Fair Face Wash is a decent face wash suitable for all skin types. It is gel based and cleanses skin effectively. Leaves skin soft & glowy. Does not take away skin moisture. It is affordable and economical.
