Hi, How’s your Monday going on girls? I remember, I used to feel like a Zombie on Monday mornings when I used to be a part of the corporate life. Sometimes I really miss it. I miss the hectic deadlines, the pressure, the appraisal times, the anxiety to be a part of a new project… wow. Life was so full of different things back then. Life is still full, but the concerns are different. Now I do not want to miss out a new lipstick launch, or a new fashion trend. This is more exciting, isn’t it? Moving on, I am going to share my views on a lip cream from Incolor under the range Matte Me Ultra Smooth Matte Lip Cream. Actually my little sister got it, but she did not like the loud color (Burnt Orange). She gave it to me. I too am not much into Orange lipsticks right now (there was a time when I got obsessed with orange lipsticks though). Fashion trends says that this year is going to be about bold lip colors, so I am expecting to see more of orange, pink & red. But I am just not over nude lipsticks yet. Never mind. We will see about that. Coming back to this lipstick this is Orange a very bright orange and it is a lip cream. I think you guys have got really accustomed to using lip creams by now since every brand is coming out with lip creams now. Let’s get to know about this product form Incolor. About Incolor Matte Me Ultra Smooth Matte Lip Cream Incolor also presents you the lip cream range which is ultra smooth on lips and gives ultimate matte finish. The lip creams are highly pigmented and lasts long on lips. The lip creams also does not transfers to other objects that touches your lips. You are in for a treat since the lip creams are very affordable too. Price The price varies from Rs. 199 to 299. Offline these lip creams are cheaper while online, the price is hiked. Buy here. Ingredients Packaging The lip cream comes in a transparent plastic tube with a black matte applicator fitted at the top. The packaging is very simple and practical. Since the tube is transparent it’s easy to spot the color of the lip cream. The applicator brush that it comes with the lip cream, is nice and I can use it to outline my lips too since it’s pointy. Incolor is printed at the tube as well on the black applicator. At the back of the tube, ingredients are also mentioned. The packaging is sleek & travel friendly since it is leak proof. Shade – Burnt Orange 419 This is a very bright orange. It is a beautiful & bold shade. It will suit mostly fair skin tones. I think dark skin tones might get wash out wearing this. But wearing it subtle makes it look like little rusty and that is wearable by all skin tones. Texture, Smell & Taste It is a thick & fine textured lip cream. It applies on lips very easily despite of the thick consistency. Initially the lip cream looks really glossy. It takes little time to set down and dry completely. Later also there is some shine on lips but nothing glossy. When I apply little bit extra lip cream, my lips feel little sticky. There is practically no smell or taste out of the lip cream. Pigmentation Thick consistency ultimately results in high pigmentation. All I need is one swipe across my lips & I am set with perfect color on my lips. Due to thick texture it takes little time to dry off and set as matte. Longevity The lip cream does not transfer. Not until I really force it to. Hence it lasts really long on my lips. I can have mini meals while wearing it, and it won’t smudge or transfer. I have worn it for 4-5 hours at max in a stretch without any touch ups. I think that is very impressive. Dislike The only thing I do not like about this lip cream is that it really sticks to my lips like Maybelline Super Stay range and it takes a lot of efforts to come off. I need a good makeup remover to take it off completely off my lips. Summary : ❤❤❤❤ Overall, this is a nice range, if you really wanting to try out lip creams. There are some nice shades that I would like to try out from this range, specially some dark colors. If you can spot an Incolor store offline it would be better. Incolor Lip Perfection Lip Polish 203 : Swatch & Review

Peachy Browns make a very good nude shade. I don’t like proper browns as much since they don’t flatter my skin tone. Incolor Lip Perfection Lip Polish in 214, was a nice bubbly pink shade while no 203 is a peachy brown shade. Since the performance of no 214 is same as no 203, I am going to copy paste the detail from this link. Enjoy the swatches of no 203, the peachy brown shade. Incolor Lip Perfection Lip Polish 203 These are not lipsticks nor gloss, just something in between. After Lip Creams, we have Lip Polish from Incolor. The colour pay off is intense and long wear. Price Rs. 150-200, for 2 X 4 ml. Packaging Comes in a dual ended tube, one end contains colour while the other contains clear gloss. Shade 203 This shade is peachy brown, perfect to go with no makeup look or smokey eyes. Texture The lip polish, is very creamy in consistency. It glides on lips very smoothly. NYX lip Gloss’s texture is way better than this lip polish, but it is comparable to Miss Claire Lip Creams. The lip polish dries off very quickly and sets as Matte. For wet look you can apply the clear gloss over it. But I would not suggest it, since application of clear gloss over the lip color, gives quite heavy feeling. Pigmentation: I find this lip polish decently pigmented. One swipe gave enough colour to lips. You can always build as much as we want. But since the lip polish dries quickly, the texture becomes weird with multiple swipes. You got to be quick. Finish You can wear it in 3 ways. Colour + Gloss : Gives Moist Finish Only Colour : Matte Finish Clear Gloss : Clear Glossy Look So when you wear gloss over the colour, the lip polish become little moist and hence transfers to the objects that touch your lips like a glass or cup. Staying Power Matte finish lasts the longest since it does not transfer. Its lasts until you take it off by rubbing your lips with a wash cloth or wipe. Glossy look, does not stay much. The gloss wears off quickly, since it transfers while having meals/ beverages. After every thing has worn off, you are still left with little tint. Likes Very pretty, flattering colour. Can be worn in 3 different ways. Multipurpose lip product. Does not dry out lips further. Gives perfect Matte/Glossy Look Matte look lasts very long. Dislikes Glossy finish cannot survive meals. Paint like finish if you put multiple layers. Accentuates fine line. Takes an effort to get off the tint perfectly. Summary : 3.5 I like it for the pigmentation, colour & price. Another factor, is the Matte Finish that I get from it. I am a matte lover. But I would prefer Miss Claire Lip creams, as they have comparable prices. For quality, NYX Lip Glosses are the best. All (negative) energy transformed into good stuff, how cool is that now? Coming back to the original post another pinkie from my stash is up for beautiful swatches & a thorough review. I hope you will enjoy it. I have used NYX Lip Gloss (lip cream)& Miss Claire Lip Creams, I will try to compare the lip polish with them. Incolor Lip Perfection Lip Polish 214 These are not lipsticks nor gloss, just something in between. After Lip Creams, we have Lip Polish from Incolor. The colour pay off is intense and long wear. Another Saturday Rambling – Another Haul

Before I got married, my Saturdays were dedicated to shopping with my sister. It does not happen much now, as we live in different cities. Since we are together this weekend, we decided to make the Saturday remember-able and have a walk down the memory lane which resulted into a small haul. I have tried the Almond version of Garnier Ultra Blends Range, and it suited my hair really well. Since I am a fan of lavender smell, I got it. Hope this variant( Royal Jelly & Lavender ) will also suit my hair. Joveen Musk is a brilliant fragrance, and I use it now and then. Was quite hesitant about the Streax Hair Serum but the SA insisted a lot. NELF is a relatively new brand to Indian market, but is a decent and affordable USA brand. I got a lip gloss and silver gel liner from NELF. I don’t know why, but Incolor has impressed me quit a lot these days. I have used eyeliners from Incolor as well as lip colors. Today I got 2 in 1 lip creams from Incolor which are similar to NYX Lip Creams. Also picked a quite orange-y lip gloss. I am a fan of Elle 18 nail pops, got few more shades. Aroms Magic Anti Pigmentation mask, is a my HG mask. It was getting over hence, got it. Also got Dabur Gulabari, it’s quite refreshing when used with face masks. After shopping, we sat down for coffee to rest our feet, we agreed, how much we missed it. This time together, no matter how old we get, we can never forget the connection that we have between us. I got this little box just because it was way to cute to miss. I have something for boxes. I love them. Someday, I will show my collection. Is there anything you liked in my small haul?
