Ain’t we in for a treat as so many new & exciting brands are coming up with all herbal & natural products. Glad there is one more brand to add to the list offering herbal, natural & handmade products. It’s Fuschia. Most of you must have heard or used it’s products till now since, it’s the latest hot topic among the beauty bloggers. Glad I too tried one handmade shampoo from the brand & I realized, how amazing it was. I received Fuschia Herbal Fusion Handmade Shampoo in one of my beauty box subscription. It is natural, herbal, handmade, free of SLS & SLES -a parabene free shampoo. I totally forgot about this until one day I was spring cleaning my dresser, and found this cute little 100ml bottle lying at the back. Ingredients I can locate Aloe Vera, Brahmi Extract, Lemon Extract, Amla Extract, shikakai, Lemongrass Oil, Camphor Oil, Rosemary Oil, Peppermint Oil etc in the ingredient list of the shampoo. All these ingredients are considered to be very good for hair health. Price Rs. 450 for 100ml. Packaging The Shampoo comes in a transparent plastic bottle with slight curves at the mid length & a black screw in cap at the top. The bottle is very small (only 100ml in size) hence is travel friendly & also leak proof. The bottle has beautiful graphics showing some herbs and flowers making a fusion, depicting of the title of the shampoo, herbal fusion. Quite thoughtful, isn’t it. The ingredient list is provided at the back of the bottle. Surprisingly nothing much about the shampoo features has been put on the packaging. Fragrance & Texture This shampoo smells very nice & fresh. There is bit of the herbal touch to the fragrance, but it does not irritate but is rather soothing in nature. Texture wise, the shampoo is off white gel based & quite runny in consistency. When diluted with water makes nice lather. Benefits of Using A Handmade Shampoo You have control over what goes inside the shampoo bottle, this way you can avoid suing SLS, SLES & the other variants of irritating ingredients. You can avoid using those chemicals which are hazardous in nature. Also you can put all the good things into your bottle. Fuschia takes care that the shampoo stays a fusion of the herbal ingredients and the other harmful chemicals stay out of picture. My Views On Fuschia Herbal Fusion Natural Handmade Shampoo After Tresemme Botanique shampoo was over I started using the Fuschia shampoo. I have used this shampoo 3-4 times now. I like the easy to pour out consistency of the shampoo. I dilute a dollop of the shampoo with some water and it lathers very well to cover my scalp. I apply shampoo only to my scalp and never to my hair since they are already dry. Upon making enough lather, I massage my scalp & hair thoroughly. After 2-3 minutes, I rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The shampoo does not take much efforts to rinse and it leaves beautifully smelling hair behind. There is no slippery effect left behind that is like the silicon laded shampoos leave. I skipped using a conditioner once or twice after using this shampoo to test out it’s effects on my hair. The shampoo induces a natural shine to my hair. It really matters because, otherwise my hair are mostly dull. I think the natural ingredients, contained by the shampoo, really work. My scalp feels clean & calm. I have naturally wavy to curly hair, which stays the same. It does not dry out my hair further, not does it induces more moisture level. I think it is an excellent hair cleanser for normal to oily hair types while a decent one for dry hair types. Likes Handmade with herbal & natural ingredients. Contains Aloe Vera, Brahmi Extract, Lemon Extract, Amla Extract, shikakai, Lemongrass Oil, Camphor Oil, Rosemary Oil, Peppermint Oil. Smells very nice. Lathers very well. Does not dry out my dry hair. Devoid of SLS, SLES, parabenes & other harmful chemicals. Cleanses scalp very well. Nice sturdy packaging. Dislikes A bit pricey for the quantity offered. Not widely available. Summary : 4.5/5 Fuschia Herbal Fusion Handmade Shampoo is a natural & handmade shampoo which is devoid of SLS, SLES & parabenes. It smells nice, lathers well & does it’s job of cleaning hair & scalp perfectly. A great shampoo for normal – oily hair. The price is little bit on higher side, but it is a quality product. Japakusum Herbal Shampoo is a mild shampoo suitable for everyday usage. I am happy with the results, & I will continue using this shampoo as it is much better than the expensive range of shampoos from big brands. I really recommend this shampoo if you are looking for a herbal & affordable shampoo. Sad that it contains parabenes.

Hello Lovely Ladies. Anti hair fall shampoos become necessity during winter season. My hair fall is unreal. It feels like the hair would never stop falling and I would go bald for sure. This winter season was nothing different from the previous years. I faced a lot of hair fall in the month of November & December. By then I had not started using Japakusum Lotion and my Custom Hair Oil Mix. I was searching peace of mind in shampoos and conditioners. In the process, I came across Garnier Ultra Blends Anti Hair Fall Shampoo With Royal Jelly & Lavender. About Garnier Ultra Blends Anti Hair Fall Shampoo Ultra Blends is a relatively new hair care range from Garnier which claims to contain natural & precious ingredients to treat hair problem the natural way. The ingredients are selected carefully on the basis of their proven efficacy. Above all, every formula is parabene free. This specific variant targets hair fall problem. It contains Royal Jelly & Lavender Essence. The herbs are rich in amino acids, vitamins & lipids. The ingredients help to strengthen and reinforce hair. The end result is strong, bouncy & healthy hair. Price Rs. 120 for 175ml. Rs. 230 for 340ml. Rs. 430 for 640ml. Buy here at discounted price. Ingredients Packaging The Ultra Blends range from Garnier has a typical packaging where variants differ in the colour of the bottle. This particular variant comes in a light green honey opaque plastic bottle with a rust coloured cap. The bottle contains attractive graphics of Lavender & a golden coloured bottle supposed to be containing Royal Jelly. The packaging clearly states that the formula is parabene free. Product information & ingredients are listed at the back of the bottle. The bottle contains a shiny rust coloured cap fitted at the top with a leaf embossed at the opening (very typical of the Ultra Blends range packaging). Colour, Texture & Smell It is a runny & creamy shampoo. The shampoo is light honey coloured. The colour is so light that my camera could not pick it. It lathers well. The smell is herbal, mild & pleasant. It smells mostly of Lavender, can’t pick up honey smell in the shampoo. I am a fan of Lavender smell, so it fits the bill. My Experience So I was saying that when my hair starts falling out during winter, they always fall out like crazy. There is no way I can stay calm in that phase. I start hunting for hair care products which can help me sail through that phase. In the same mode of panic, last December, I laid my hands on this anti hair fall shampoo. I was thrilled to read about the product description where it was claimed that the shampoo contained Lavender & Royal Jelly. I was not sure about the effect of Royal Jelly on my hair but I was damn sure Lavender could help me. I need only a dollop of the shampoo to wash my mid length hair, since it lathers well. I am always very gentle when I wash my hair, so I massage my scalp with the shampoo for about 2 minutes before taking the lather till the hair ends. I never apply shampoo directly to the hair ends since it is not advised.The shampoo cleanses my scalp of oil & dirt, without making my hair ends dry. It washes away without any hassle. I like the Lavender smell that the shampoo has. Lavender smells good & it has a calming effect on senses. Coming to the after effect, after using the shampoo for about a month there was significant reduction in my hair fall. I would say it helped me reduce my hair fall upto 50%. I do not think any shampoo has been that much effective on my hair fall problem ever. I can say it has been quite effective on my severe case of hair fall. I finished the bottle in 2 months but never really got it again since, I do not face the hair fall problem now, as I have started using my hair oil regularly along with a wonderful scalp lotion. I can use any shampoo I want. Likes Nice creamy texture. Lathers well & enough. Cleanses my scalp & hair effectively. I saw 50% reduction in my hair fall while I used this shampoo alone. Contains very effective herbs such as Lavender & Royal Jelly. Smells heavenly. Affordable, economical & easily available. Parabene free. Dislikes None Summary : 5/5 This is one of the anti hair fall shampoos that actually worked on my hair. I did see effective results. I think the blend of this shampoo is amazing and the shampoo is gentle for daily use too. The parabene free formula & affordability make it more desirable.
