I was out of the station for some time and as I reached home in Delhi today, I was greeted with lots of packages containing goodies. Among the packages were also, Fab Bag & Glamego. This post is going to be about Glamego August 2017 Ingredient Magic. GlamEgo is currently one of the most sought after beauty box right now. It gives 4-5 products out of which 2-3 are full-sized while others are decently sized so that you can get nice use out of the products to decide your take. So let’s jump over to the details of the August subscription of GlamEgo. GlamEgo box can be subscribed from its official website starting from 299 only for one month. You can subscribe for 3/6/12 months in one go which subsequently reduces the cost per box. GlamEgo August 2017 – Ingredient Magic Ingredient Magic is the theme of the current box. GlamEgo presents 4 products that are based on Charcoal, Brahmi & Amla, Vanilla & Magnolia. The products seem to be handpicked. I am really excited to try out the brands, most of which promise to be chemical-free & paraben-free. Charcoal Face Pack of Neemli (Rs. 550) Brahmi & Amla Hair Cleanser of BioBloom ( Rs. 399) Face Cream Deluxe Size Of The Nature’s Co (Rs. 550) BB Cream Of Inveda (Rs. 150) Neemli Activated Charcoal Face Mask I have already use Neemli Coffee Body Wrap & Neemli Green Tea Lip Scrub, and I am a fan of this brand. I am really excited to try out another product from the brand which happens to be a Charcoal face mask. Really cool. I shall try it very soon and will let you know my experience with the same. Update: I used this face pack and it turned out to be an okay product. It did not do anything miraculous to my skin. I feel activated charcoal is not something my skin likes. I am more of a sandalwood powder person. BioBloom Brahmi & Amla Hair Cleanser I have used BioBloom Lavender Hand Cream, which I found lightweight & smelling nice. BioBloom Brahmi & Amla Hair Cleanser is paraben-free & sulfate-free. Nice no? Another great product in the box. Update: I used this hair cleanser once and then I could not use it ever again. Because it made my already-dry hair drier. So it’s lying in my closet unused. The Nature’s Co Face Cream Deluxe Size I have received many such creams form TNC but I never use them. I am always afraid they might break out my acne-prone skin. I might keep aside for colder days. Not really looking forward to using it right away. This is a deluxe-sized product, which will give many uses. Update: I tried using this cream, but as I opened it, a heavy and sweet smell made me uncomfortable. I closed the lid and stacked it with Bio Bloom hair cleanser. It’s heavily scented for no reason. I ignored the flimsy packaging, but the scent really put me off. Its texture is thick for my oily skin. Dry skin people might like it. Inveda 8 in 1 BB Cream SPF 20 Yesterday only, I was ogling on this BB Cream from Inveda in a store in Gurgaon, because my current CC cream from Lakme, is almost over. I was really wanting to try out something. Glad I did not purchase that yesterday. Actually I was not much impressed by the shade selection in the BB Cream. There is only one shade. A limited shade selection is such a letdown. By the way, this is a paraben-free BB cream. Also, if you look at the only shade available, it’s very odd. It looks pinkish-greyish. My wheatish skin would never agree with it. So another waste product for me. These were the products inside my GlamEgo box. Sadly, none of the products is exciting for me. This box is all waste of money for me. Maybe my hopes are too high to meet these beauty boxes. Just saying. Have you received your GlamEgo box yet? What you got this time? GlamEgo Box June 2017 : Unboxing & Review

You guessed it right. Beauty boxes have become my weakness, I just can’t stay away from them. At the starting of the month, I told you, I am thinking to get some fresh beauty boxes, GlamEgo is one of them (there are more). The theme of the box is Extracts Of Nature, quite catchy huh? I subscribed to it because this is the hottest buzz in the town plus it’s quite affordable at Rs. 299, isn’t it? GlamEgo June 2017: Extracts Of Nature GlamEgo too offers many subscription methods. So it is convenient to book your box for a few months & sit back to find specially curated products for you. I liked the fact about the subscription service that it really takes into account your skin type, complexion, hair type, makeup preference while packing up your goodies. Though you get 3-4 products, a mix of samples & full-sized products, but they are useful because they are going to suit your needs. So this feature of the subscription service gives it an edge over the others. GmaEgo Box Subscription Methods: 1 Month For Rs. 299 3 Months For Rs. 867 6 Months For 1674 12 Months for 3228 What did I get In My GlamEgo Box? The products are not a secret. It kind of kills the surprise factor. They release the products beforehand. I got 4 products out of which 2 are full-sized, while 2 are sample sized. SEASOUL CC Cream of Argan Oil & Dead Sea Minerals – Rs. 650 For 30ml (Full Sized) SEASOUL Anti Tan Pedicure Kit of Dead Sea Mud – Rs. 160 2 Sachet KRONOKARE Shower Gel of Caribbean Ginger – Rs. 120 for Deluxe Sized Sample KRONOKARE Glycerine Soap – Rs. 85 for Deluxe Sized Sample SEASOUL CC Cream of Argan Oil & Dead Sea Minerals I am hooked on BB & CC creams, they are my goto/everyday makeup. Feels like my second skin. I am happy to receive another CC cream to try on. The shade is Medium, looks bit dark in the swatch but goes natural upon blending. Shall be coming up with a complete review. Update: I could not get myself to wear this CC cream. It looks like mud on my skin. Why these natural brands fail to get a nice shade when it comes to BB/CC creams. Even the texture of the cream is not something I appreciate. It made me feel sweaty. I am highly disappointed. SEASOUL Anti Tan Pedicure Kit of Dead Sea Mud The Anti Tan Pedicure kit would be really handy for the weekly pedicure rituals. I generally scrub my feet with apricot based scrubs & moisturize them with some foot cream, but using a specially made kit for feet would be awesome. Update: I used this kit and it’s a nice product to pamper yourself at home. I did a pedicure at home using this kit. It removed a little bit of tan and dead skin cells from my feet. A nice product overall. KRONOKARE Glycerine Soap Glycerine keeps skin soft & nourished. It’s a sample sized product, I would be keeping it stored for travel times when I do not want to carry the full-sized products to save some space in my suitcase. Update: When a product contains lavender fragrance, I am all about it. I liked using this soap. It really smells nice. Gives a nice bathing experience. This soap was a sample size product hence it got used up very soon. KRONOKARE Shower Gel of Caribbean Ginger Another sample sized product from KRONOKARE only. It has a refreshing cool & bit of spicy smell. Tossed into my luggage. Update: Similar to the Lavender soap, I used this shower gel on my recent tour. It smelled nice and gave a refreshing experience. The only thing, I did not like is the fact that it left a slippery feeling on my skin. But that’s quite common with shower gels. And my GlamEgo Box is hence unboxed. All the products from the box are quite usable and practical too. All the products contain natural ingredients to comply with the theme of the box.
