Fuschia… it’s another intriguing brand for natural & organic skin care lovers. I have used few products from this brand and all of them have impressed me so far. Today I am presenting my views over Fuschia Radiance Berry Blend Face Mask which is a handmade, mud based mask containing Mulberry & Blueberry extracts. Mulberry & Blueberry are great anti oxidants and high on Vitamin C giving you radiant, youthful and beautiful skin. Along with Fuschia Activated Charcoal face scrub, I have been using Fuschia Radiance face mask. And the combo works pretty good to give me a party ready face. So let’s talk about this radiance mask in detail. Fuschia Radiance Berry Blend Face Mask This exotic ingredient based face mask from Fuschia is suitable for even sensitive skin. It is a clay based mask which contains berry fruit extracts. Every ingredient has unique properties to give a radiant and beautiful skin. This anti oxidant rich face mask can be used once or twice a week to keep healthy skin. Ingredients This is a clay mask which contains Berry extracts & oils. The complete list of ingredients contains Rose Water, Kaolin Light, China Clay, Glycerin, Aloe Vera, Bentonite Powder, Mulberry Extract, Blueberry Oil, Vitamin E. The ingredient list is all so natural and exotic. Price, Packaging & Availability The face mask is available at Amazon & Fuschia Website for Rs. 399. This brand is not available offline yet. It comes in a transparent tub with with a chromium lid over it. The lid contains the product name as well as the ingredient list which is quite simple. You definitely need a spatula to take out some product. Fragrance & Texture It has sweet nutty fragrance which is smell quite edible. The mask itself is a minty green colored smooth paste which is easy to smear on face. Since it is a clay mask, it takes almost 10 minutes to dry. It is also easy to take it off with water while massaging. How To Use It’s a no fuss mask. It’s ready made. You just need to apply a coat of the mask on your clean face and chillax for few minutes. Take it off while it’s still damp massaging in circular way. It gives a nice scrubbing effect too. My Experience I generally use it after using the charcoal scrub from Fuschia since it’s a nice idea to use a combo of products from same brand to maximize results. This logic works really good for me. Coming back to the face mask, It has a velvety smooth texture which spreads easily on my face. The minty green color of the mask is quite refreshing to my senses and the smell really multiplies the experience. It dries off within 10 minutes hence I take it off while it’s still damp. The clay texture gives a nice scrubbing effect when I take it off. It gives a clear and clean feeling after words. Skin feels smooth and brighter. It does not irritate or dry out my skin though since the ingredients are quite balanced. I wish the effect could stay for long. I generally use this face mask at night and by the next day it’s gone 🙁 Summary : ❤❤❤❤/5 Fuschia Radiance Face Mask is a natural ingredient based face mask which is suitable for all skin types without drying out or irritating skin. It is affordable too. It gives a nice clean up effect though the effect does not stay for long. One needs to followup with the face mask every alternate day to maintain the glow. Fuschia Activated Charcoal Detoxifying Face & Body Scrub : Review

It does not matter how many Parabene & Cruelty free brands are present in market, Fuschia have marked it’s presence brilliantly. I took it as just any other brand. But no, it’s not. It’s USP, is the fact that it’s products are handmade, curated to have a special experience by it’s users. The natural ingredients that it uses may not be unique but surely are picked carefully from around the world. Today I am going to speak about Activated Charcoal Detoxifying Face & Body Scrub by Fuschia. Activated Charcoal is the hottest topic on the web right now. Every brand is coming up with activated charcoal based products. Fuschia shipped this charcoal based face & body scrub few days back to me along with a face pack and a beautiful lip balm. You can check out my instagram post about the products here. I have been using the products since then. And I feel I should review the scrub today before it’s over. Fuschia Activated Charcoal Detoxifying Face & Body Scrub The scrub is enriched with activated charcoal, aloe vera & wheatgerm oil. Activated charcoal absorbs toxins & germs from skin while Aloe vera soothes and wheatgerm moisturizes skin gently. The scrub is ideal fit for oily & acne prone skin. The scrub is free of parabenes, SLS & phathalets. Ingredients Activated Charcoal, Aloe Vera, Wheatgerm, Olive Oil. As simple as it could get. Price & Availability The scrub is priced at Rs. 450 for 100gms. This is looking bit pricey at fist glance. But scrubs generally lasts for long duration since, you always need just a bit to work with every time. The scrub can be bought from Fuschia website or other shopping websites. The brand is not available offline though. Fragrance & Texture This is a fine grained grey colored scrub. It actually works like a skin polish would. It has bit of slippery texture when you first apply it on skin. But after you start working with it, it gives a nice experience. It is easy to wash away. Also does not dry out skin since it contains the goodness of olive oil & wheatgerm oil. Fragrance wise, I can’t really put down my finger on it. But it is mild yet intriguing. Does not irritate my nose. My Experience This scrub is meant to be used for oily to acne prone skin mainly, which is exactly my skin. I also like to use scrub every 2-3 days to get rid of dead skin, otherwise my pores get clogged. So I mostly like to use tea tree based scrubs but I was quite impressed by the ingredient list of this charcoal based scrub. Charcoal is supposed to draw out impurities out of your skin. This scrub does nothing less. I apply this scrub over my face and let it stay there for 2-3 minutes and later scrub it off gently massaging. The scrubbing gr annuals are gentle yet effective. I really can see a clearer skin after taking off the scrub. It means it takes away the dead skin very effectively without hurting my sensitive skin. Since I received a sample only, I did not use it over my body, otherwise I would have gotten only one use out of it. I am sure it would work as an excellent body scrub too. Will I Repurchase Fuschia Activated Charcoal Scrub? I absolutely want to. I am sure the 100gm version would last me for many months since I am going to use it for my face only. I am also trying out Botanic Love Tea Tree Scrub, which is another delicacy. I have been alternating between these two scrubs and feel like this is a nice combo. Likes The product is from a brand which is cruelty free. Also uses all natural ingredients. The scrub is free of parabenes, SLS, Phathalets, synthetic dyes etc. The grannuals of the scrub are even and are gentle on skin. Suits my oily, acne prone & sensitive skin. Does not irritate existing acne on my face. Gives a clearer & brighter face. Does not dry out skin. Does not feel sticky over skin. Dislikes The tub packaging is not really preferable when it comes to skin care. One must take utmost care of hygiene before touching the product or use a spatula. The price is bit on higher side but I don’t see this much of a con since it is all natural, effective & would last for a long time. Do I Recommend This Face & Body Scrub? I absolutely would want you to try it out. Even if you have dry or normal skin type, you would love it’s effect. The oils present in the scrub nourishes skin without making it feel oily or sticky. The even grannuals work effectively to get rid of the dead skin. Activated Charcoal really suck out all the impurities out of skin. Fuschia Herbal Fusion Natural Handmade Shampoo : Review

Ain’t we in for a treat as so many new & exciting brands are coming up with all herbal & natural products. Glad there is one more brand to add to the list offering herbal, natural & handmade products. It’s Fuschia. Most of you must have heard or used it’s products till now since, it’s the latest hot topic among the beauty bloggers. Glad I too tried one handmade shampoo from the brand & I realized, how amazing it was. I received Fuschia Herbal Fusion Handmade Shampoo in one of my beauty box subscription. It is natural, herbal, handmade, free of SLS & SLES -a parabene free shampoo. I totally forgot about this until one day I was spring cleaning my dresser, and found this cute little 100ml bottle lying at the back. Ingredients I can locate Aloe Vera, Brahmi Extract, Lemon Extract, Amla Extract, shikakai, Lemongrass Oil, Camphor Oil, Rosemary Oil, Peppermint Oil etc in the ingredient list of the shampoo. All these ingredients are considered to be very good for hair health. Price Rs. 450 for 100ml. Packaging The Shampoo comes in a transparent plastic bottle with slight curves at the mid length & a black screw in cap at the top. The bottle is very small (only 100ml in size) hence is travel friendly & also leak proof. The bottle has beautiful graphics showing some herbs and flowers making a fusion, depicting of the title of the shampoo, herbal fusion. Quite thoughtful, isn’t it. The ingredient list is provided at the back of the bottle. Surprisingly nothing much about the shampoo features has been put on the packaging. Fragrance & Texture This shampoo smells very nice & fresh. There is bit of the herbal touch to the fragrance, but it does not irritate but is rather soothing in nature. Texture wise, the shampoo is off white gel based & quite runny in consistency. When diluted with water makes nice lather. Benefits of Using A Handmade Shampoo You have control over what goes inside the shampoo bottle, this way you can avoid suing SLS, SLES & the other variants of irritating ingredients. You can avoid using those chemicals which are hazardous in nature. Also you can put all the good things into your bottle. Fuschia takes care that the shampoo stays a fusion of the herbal ingredients and the other harmful chemicals stay out of picture. My Views On Fuschia Herbal Fusion Natural Handmade Shampoo After Tresemme Botanique shampoo was over I started using the Fuschia shampoo. I have used this shampoo 3-4 times now. I like the easy to pour out consistency of the shampoo. I dilute a dollop of the shampoo with some water and it lathers very well to cover my scalp. I apply shampoo only to my scalp and never to my hair since they are already dry. Upon making enough lather, I massage my scalp & hair thoroughly. After 2-3 minutes, I rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The shampoo does not take much efforts to rinse and it leaves beautifully smelling hair behind. There is no slippery effect left behind that is like the silicon laded shampoos leave. I skipped using a conditioner once or twice after using this shampoo to test out it’s effects on my hair. The shampoo induces a natural shine to my hair. It really matters because, otherwise my hair are mostly dull. I think the natural ingredients, contained by the shampoo, really work. My scalp feels clean & calm. I have naturally wavy to curly hair, which stays the same. It does not dry out my hair further, not does it induces more moisture level. I think it is an excellent hair cleanser for normal to oily hair types while a decent one for dry hair types. Likes Handmade with herbal & natural ingredients. Contains Aloe Vera, Brahmi Extract, Lemon Extract, Amla Extract, shikakai, Lemongrass Oil, Camphor Oil, Rosemary Oil, Peppermint Oil. Smells very nice. Lathers very well. Does not dry out my dry hair. Devoid of SLS, SLES, parabenes & other harmful chemicals. Cleanses scalp very well. Nice sturdy packaging. Dislikes A bit pricey for the quantity offered. Not widely available. Summary : 4.5/5 Fuschia Herbal Fusion Handmade Shampoo is a natural & handmade shampoo which is devoid of SLS, SLES & parabenes. It smells nice, lathers well & does it’s job of cleaning hair & scalp perfectly. A great shampoo for normal – oily hair. The price is little bit on higher side, but it is a quality product.
