Bliss Of Earth sent a nice goodies bag for me last week. The goodies bag contained essential oils, carrier oils, herbal hair oil, sanitary pads, and a hair inhibitor. I am a big fan of essential oils and I started using some of them the same day. I have been using Tea Tree Oil from Bliss Of Earth from last week twice a day (yeah I can get that crazy about products sometime), but this time, it’s the product itself, which I have been liking a lot. I have used Tea Tree Oil from The Body Shop, Aroma Magic, Khadi & many more brands in the past, out of which TBS was the most effective but the most expensive too. After a long time I used Tea Tree Oil & I realized how much I missed this in my skin & hair care. Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential Oil Bliss Of Earth presents the most versatile essential oil Tea Tree Essential Oil which has a medicinal yet fresh & herbaceous smell which proves to be calming, relaxing & restorative. The essential oil is most suitable for aromatherapy, massages and therapeutic usage such as to relive acne, eczema, insect bites, ringworm, urethiritis, dandruff, itchiness etc. The essential oil from Bliss of Earth is 100% pure & natural. Ingredients 100% pure therapeutic grade tea tree oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia) Packaging Bliss of Earth Tea Tree Oil comes packaged inside a tiny 10ml bottle with a nozzle fitted at its mouth and a black cap at top to prevent accidental spill. The packaging is convenient. The nozzle pours the oil drop by drop, so you need to be bit patient while taking out the product. But then it’s quite practical too, as it’s an essential oil and all you need is few drops of this magic potion. But I still miss having a dropper when I need to pour some amount into other products. Fragrance & Texture It is a clear & dry oil. Dry oils are quick absorbent. Most of the essential oils are dry oils. When you apply this essential oil on any part of your skin, it just sinks into your skin leaving no oily traces behind, a sign of pure essential oil. Fragrance wise, it is obviously more on medicinal & herbal side. It is also refreshing & really uplifts my mood. How To Use Tea Tree Oil is a skin savior I would say. Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential Oil is a concentrated essential oil and contains 100% pure tea tree oil, hence if you have never used any essential oil ever on your skin or scalp, then please do a patch test first. Any way you should not use an essential oil in concentrated form unless your skin is very much *friendly* with essential oils. Mix few drops of tea tree essential oil with your regular moisturizer/cream/shampoo to start with and gradually if you feel like you need more dose then increase the quantity. I use this oil without diluting it with other lotions/creams since my skin loves the cooling sensation that I receive just few seconds after the application. Acne Zipper My skin is quite familiar with essential oils, specially tea tree oil, as this was the very first type of essential oil that I ever applied on my skin. Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential Oil, is highly concentrated that I could tell from the very first drop that I put on my inner wrist for a patch test. It did tingle. But within few seconds of application I started feeling cooling sensation as the oil chinked into my skin beautifully. I regularly use this oil as a spot treatment for my recurrent acne spots. If I put this oil on a newly formed bump, the oil heals the zit within the skin without leaving a dark spot. That’s a relief. I take out some oil on a cotton pad and dab it on my active/to-be-active-soon- zits at night. Redness Corrector – Anti Inflammatory No I do not use it as a makeup corrector, but when applied on skin, it really calms down it to a great extent. It literally brings down my skin’s temperature during this hot & humid season. Which significantly helps taking away the redness. This happens due to the anti inflammatory properties of tea tree oil. It takes down the size of the zit significantly if applied on early stage. I take few drops of this oil in the palm of my hands, rub the palms and press it against my flaming face to help it calm down. You can mix the oil with your regular lotion/cream if you are new to using essential oils. Light Moisturizer For my oily skin, Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential oil provides enough moisture. That is why I use it after my shower in the morning. Leaves skin matte for hours. Take few drops in the palm of my hands, rub the palms together and dab on my cheeks, chin, forehead and nose leaving eye area, eyes & mouth area. Again you can mix it with your regular day time moisturizer. Anti Bacterial I have use it to disinfect a rash I presently after my jogging session due to sweating. It healed the rash in no time without leaving any spot behind. Anti dandruff I do not have dandruff but my husband has. I customized his shampoo by mixing this essential oil so that his scalp stays healthy. Get Rid Of Scalp Itchiness Due to sweat and dirt my scalp feels itchy sometimes, since I do not wash it every single day. But I have started taking a head wash infused with this tea tree oil and definitely I do not find my fingers on my head unless am doing my hair. For Better Smelling Home Like Lavender, Tee Tree oil has a unique and refreshing smell. I like to use it in a diffuser sometimes, specially when rain showers leave a wet & moist smell behind. Floor & Cloth Disinfectant During the rainy days, it is very easy to attract infections & allergies. few drops of this oil can really help you with a cleaner home. I also make sure to dip my son’s cloth for final rinse to disinfect his clothes. Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential Oil offers what a true tea tree oil should. The results received prove that the oil is pure & potent. Likes 100% pure & potent tea tree oil Works great for Oily & acne prone skin. Calms down skin & takes away inflammation. Convenient packaging. Affordable. No skin irritation/allergy noticed Dislikes The product does not have any cons as such. It is pure, effective & multi facet. But I would like the brand to look into some suggestions that I have. The screw cap of the bottle needs bit of pressure to fit & close properly. Also it would have been a bonus to receive a dropper with the product since that way it would have been easy to mix it well with other skin & hair care products. I also wish that there are bigger sizes available, since buying 10ml bottle does not last that long when you can use something in so many ways. I would love to know more about the brand & it’s products. I hope the brand creates a nice online presence so that it’s products are easily available to us. Overall, Oh how I loved using Bliss Of Earth Tea Tree Essential Oil. It works great for my oily & acne prone skin. It takes away new zits overnight. Takes down inflammation. Heals my itchy scalp & works great to treat even rashes & other skin infections. A great grab for problematic skin souls. I shall be reviewing all the products that I received from the brand. Please don’t hate me or un-follow me for doing a lot of essential oil reviews because lately I have realized that essential oils can help me with my most of the skin & hair problems. Actually they are very good. If you come across a potent & pure essential oil, keep a hold on it. Never stop using it. Continuing the holistic approach to skin & hair health, I am presenting my views on Ryaal GrapeSeed Oil, which I have been trying out from about 2 weeks now. I have discovered many amazing facts about this oil during my experiment with the same. I want you to know how amazingly effective an essential oil can help you beautiful skin & hair. Just stay tuned for the rest of the post. Ryaal GrapeSeed Oil Italy is not famous only for pizzas but Ryaal also managed to bring some special grapeseed oil for you. The oil is extracted from the highest quality grape seeds. Since grapes are high in anti oxidants, so is this grapeseed oil. Ryaal GrapeSeed oil is rich in anti oxidants, Vitamin A, E, B & D plus some amino acids along with essential fatty acids which are highly important to keep our skin & hair healthy. Ryaal GrapeSeed Oil is not only limited to skin but hair & body can also benefited from the same because of the rich composition. Price Rs. 199 for 15ml. Buy here. Ingredients 100% Pure Grape Seed Oil Packaging The oil comes packed inside a royal colored glass bottle weighing on 15ml and fitted with a nozzle at it’s mouth. The bottle is also supplied with a dropper. All the oils that I have used from Ryaal, are easy to pour out of the nozzle, but with this bottle, I had to put much efforts. Finally I replaced the nozzle with the dropper & not it’s hassle free to take out the required amount. Otherwise the packaging is convenient & sturdy. Fragrance & Texture This oil is bit heavy in texture than the other essential oils that I have reviewed from Ryaal. You know why? Because, it is a carrier oil. Hence it is bit heavy, but not ultra heavy as almond or castor oil. It gets absorbed when rubbed between palms. It has bit of sweet scent, but when the oil goes bad, the smell does not stay pleasant at all. The color of the oil is of course yellow!! My Experience As I mentioned above, I have been trying to incorporate essential oils in my skin & hair care regimen. I experimented with this oil. Actually this is my first time with Grapeseed Oil & I had no clue, how to use it. So after googling, I made a list of the ways, I can use it. Here is the list for you: For Anti Ageing Benefits It is full of anti oxidants and hence the moment I read about this oil, I knew I am going to use it as my night cream. Even though I was bit skeptical about using it over my face, I still went ahead. I liked how beautiful it moisturized my skin & I woke up with plumped skin every morning after the application. But finally it broke me out & I had to stop over there. Heartbreaking… since I assumed it to be my HG night cream. I could really see the magic of vitamins & anti oxidants working on my skin. Guess I have to stick to Rosehip oil only for night time rituals. Daily M0isturizer I generally go for gel based moisturizers or lotions for day time. But my eyes were only reading anti oxidants & vitamins whenever I would see this small cute bottle. I applied only 2-3 drops all over my face for few days, when I started seeing blocked pores which meant a Stop Signal!!! I think using it day & night was too much for my oily & acne prone skin. Hand Moisturizer It smells nice, until you leave it unattended & open in direct contact with sun/air. I like to use it as my hand moisturizer while retiring to bed. It needs sinks into my dry hands without leaving a trace behind so that my mobile screen does not have any oil stains…!!! Cuticle Softner Dry hands will definitely have dry & rough cuticles. But Ryaal Grapeseed Oil, beautifies them absolutely in no time. The oil, can be used for cuticle massage since it has just the right amount of richness, vitamins & anti oxidants. I hope it will eventually give me stronger nails. Feet Moisturizer I hardly use feet creams, but after realizing the moisture capabilities of Ryaal Grapeseed oil, I have been trying it out at night to help my feet have a taste of moisture, after all they are the most ignored part of (my) body. They are loving me back. The skin of my feet is definitely getting healthier. I hope it can take away the tanning too… too much to ask, I guess!!! Hair Oil The oil is amazing in moisturizing properties as well as vitamins. I had to test its efficacy on my dry hair ends. I have been mixing this grapeseed oil with my regular oil whenever I do oiling. I would not say, I witnessed something miraculous. My hair are really numb to respond to the mix. Hair Serum When I did not find much results with hair oil + Ryaal Grapeseed Oil, I skipped the mix. I went ahead straight with the oil as a serum. No it just did not feel heavy on my dry hair ends. I apply it only on my hair ends only. And I love the after effects. My hair are shiny, soft & manageable. Plus, the effect does not just fly away the next day. The rich mix of anti oxidants & vitamins does some real magic. Hair Pack I like to use Hibiscus Powder + Curd hair pack on regular basis to keep my hair fall in check. Adding Ryaal Grapessed oil is an absolute bonus. Will do a detailed post on the hair pack, it’s amazing. That’s how I tried Ryaal Grapeseed Oil. I have almost finished the 15ml bottle in just 2 weeks. I think, I shall get it again, I would prefer a bigger size this time. But I think they are available only in 15ml size… deal breaker! Ryaal Grapeseed Oil is packed with vitamins, anti oxidants, essential fatty acids & amino acids. Skin & hair health can be improved by using this oil on a regular basis. It has numerous uses and benefits for hair, skin & body. The oil is affordable too, but it comes only in a 15ml bottle which does not last long if you are using it in full throttle. Essential Oils have been there in every culture in different forms for different purposes from many many decades. They were and still are being used for medicinal, therapeutic, skin & hair care. I am trying to give an overview of some commonly used essential oils. Essential Oils Essentials oils are extracted from different parts of plants like flower, stem, branches, leaves , peels, resin & bark. Since the essential oils come (extracted/distilled) from plants they contain anti ageing, anti inflammatory and anti microbial properties. Essential Oils are more powerful from the botanical extracts they are extracted form because they are more concentrated. They have amazing healing effect. They are highly concentrated oils hence very limited amount gives desired result without much side effects. Get benefited by the power of essential oils via dietary supplements, aromatic massages and topical application. Aromatic diffusion of essential oils changes the environment. It changes the mood and energy. Carrier Oils While talking about essential oils, carrier oils cannot be left behind. Essential Oils are highly concentrated, hence few drops of oil are enough for desired results. Your skin/hair can not always bear the efficacy of every kind of essential oil. Carrier oils could be any oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, avocado oil etc depending on the nature of usage. Put few drops of essential oil into a suitable carrier oil and apply. Some of the essential oils could be highly concentrated and may burn your skin. Never put any essential oil directly on your skin before knowing all about it. Carrier Oils are required to dilute these essential oils. Essential Oils Used For Skin & Hair Care Lavender Oil One of my favourite essential oil. It smells amazing. It calms down my senses, helps me sleep better. It has therapeutic effects. It is also used in hair and skin care for its anti bacterial properties. Tea Tree Oil It has anti inflammatory & anti bacterial properties. It is widely used in hair and skin care to treat infections. It works like a charm for acne prone skin. Brands introduce specific lines dedicated to tea tree oil like The Body Shop Tea Tree Line. Rosemary Oil It is another great smelling essential oil. It is used in aromatherapy, topically to sooth muscles, and medicinal for its antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is also used in perfumes / fragrances. Rosehip Oil It has medicinal usage. It works on hyper pigmentation, scars & burns. It speeds up the healing process. It has astringent properties. It is helpful in treating dandruff. Lemon Oil It has beauty plus health benefits. It could be used for healing as well as cleaning purposes. Neem Tree Oil It has high anti fungal and anti inflammatory properties. It is used to treat infections, dandruff and acne. It is also known to help in hair regrowth. Peppermint & Lemon Grass Oil These are mostly used in aroma massages because they have amazing therapeutic properties. These essential oils soothe muscles pain and relive stress, cheering up your mood. Nutmeg Oil & Clove Oil These are used to heal acne/infections. Nutmeg helps in taking down pigmentation, while clove oil heals pimples faster. How To Use Essential Oils Essential Oils are supposed to be used diluted, because they are highly concentrated. Choose a suitable carrier oil first. For example if you need to massage your hair you can choose Olive Oil as a carrier oil and then put some drops of tea tree, lavender oil & neem oil to increase it’s potency. Similarly, to treat skin infections you can take a light carrier oil like coconut oil and put few drops of tea tree into it and apply on face. Some essential oils can burn your skin if put on skin undiluted. Be cautious. Where To Find Essential Oil I have used different essential oils from Aroma Magic, Khadi, Soultree & Young Living. Aroma Magic I prefer the most, since it’s affordable too. These essential oils can be obtained online as well as offline. Essential Oils can make a big difference in your life emotionally and physically. The essential oils are not oils but essence of plants, they contain the soul of a plant. A small bottle essential oil demand thousand of plants, which explains why they are so expensive.
