It’s nothing sort of pencil, it’s an eyeliner pen, like a gel pen. Maybe just to give it a different name, ADS is calling a pencil. Alright, no problem, as long as it is doing it’s job of providing precision lines and waterproof performance, I don’t have any issues with it’s name whatsoever.
