Botanic Love Anti Acne Tea Tree Facial Exfolliant : Review

Botanic Love is a result of the hard work of a passionate mother who started curating skin & hair care products for her kids. Slowly her passion grew and she tucked her sleeves up to serve the community with organic & natural products. I have already shared my views over Botanic Love Anti Acne Mask & Botanic Love Grapefruit Lip Balm. I am also using an anti acne soap & body lotion from the brand. But today I am going to speak about Anti Acne Tea Tree Facial Exfoliate from Botanic Love. I twas another gift from the brand I received when I visited the brand last time at TAF. Botanic Love Anti Acne Tea Tree Facial Exfolliant It is a gentle, non irritating, non foaming hydrating exfolliant that removes impurities from within the pores without leaving skin feeling tight, dry or irritated. The added benefit of added anti acne teatree oil provides anti inflammatory action and soothes irritated skin. The gel based exfolliant serves as an antiseptic which deeply cleanses acne causing bacteria, removes excessive oil, dead cells & leaves skin fresh, healthy & revitalized. Price, Packaging & Availability A glass jar of 130gm with a metallic lid comes for Rs. 704. I received a smaller size from the brand. The brand is not widely available online or offline. But you can find the product at iHaat.in Ingredients Cucumber, Thyme, Peppermint, Neem, Basil, Teatree, Kaolin, Aloe gel, Lime & Mint. All natural & power packed. Fragrance & Texture This is a gel based mild exfolliant which looks bit greenish in the jar while clear in hand. It has a nice refreshing & cooling smell. The exfolliants in the gel are quite fine & does not feel harsh on skin or irritate it. My Experience I love using tea tree based skin care. I also use tea tree oil for spot treatment of acne on my face. When Tina from Botanic Love offered this Tea Tree based Exfolliant I was really over joyed. It is not a regular scrub. It is very mild. It has exfolliating jojoba beads but very fine. So it’s like a gentle cleansing of skin. The gel cools down my otherwise hot skin. It gives a nice cooling sensation. Also the refreshing smell fills my nostrils & the massaging effect becomes more exciting. A pea sized amount is enough to cover my face and take off the oil & dirt along with dead cells. The massaging action increases blood circulation which brings a nice glow over face. It leaves skin fresh & bright without drying it out. There is no stretching feeling afterwords. Summary : ❤❤❤❤/5 Botanic Love is a nice brand. It is an organic brand which uses natural ingredients without using preservatives. I have loved most of the products that I used from the brand. Anti Acne TeaTree Exfolliant is a nice gentle, non foaming, non drying facial cleanser. It does not dry out face nor does it irritate skin. It leaves skin bright & beautiful. Wellness Center Meets Beauty : TAF ft. Botanic Love

About two weeks back, I got a chance to visit a wellness center, TAF – Reverse Your Fat M.B. Road, New Delhi, founded & directed by Manisha Arora. The place is very close to Saket Metro Station. I was greeted by the cheerful staff along with faint lemongrass scent that was floating in the air. Then Manisha, along with Tina & Swati , #BotanicLove fame, came to greet me. The trio were looking very charming & welcoming in their beautiful attires. The ambiance was very peaceful and welcoming. I was mesmerized by the reception area of TAF. The tasteful decoration really needs a mention here. I was also quite intrigued by the brand name that Manisha had chosen for her center. She explained, “TAF is reverse of FAT. We, here, aim to reverse your FAT, hence the name.” Wow, Manisha had been quite innovative about her brand name, how much innovation has she brought up in her center? I mean, there are numerous health & wellness centers? What is so unique about TAF? I was taking it as any other wellness center. After exchanging pleasantries, she took me for a round of the center. She wanted me to visit each area of the center. She talked about the fat burning machines that are one of their kind present in India. No other center in India has got them yet. These machines, one of them, I remember was named as “Cool Sculpt” was to sculpt your body in a way, you want it to be. For example, you might not be fat but you might have love handles or arm bulges that you want to get rid of, these machines can really do some on-target sculpting. What I liked the most, was a bed type machine which improves blood circulation in body. You just have to lie on the bed and drift off to sleep or just feel the magic happening. When your body receives a good blood circulation, Oxygen & other nutrients are transported to every organ of your body, which means a healthier you. Your body is rejuvenated & relaxed. You are relived of most of the aches and toxins are expled out of your body effectively. Most of the minor health problems can be gotten rid away by stimulating blood circulation. A wellness Center is not complete until it has a nice workout place. TAF has in-house gym & required equipment. The place really attracted me with it’s floor length mirrors, screaming that I needed a workout right away. Manisha, looks after the main program of the center’s clients by herself. She prepares a perfect regimen to suit her client’s needs. She knows what is required to give you the perfect shape & body. She takes holistic approach to get you fitter. TAF also has an in house kitchen & chef, known as TAF Chef, catchy no? The chef prepares and serves freshly cooked meals on demand. You must have healthy & fat free meals along with exercise & other fat burning regimen. TAF has taken care of the diet aspect too. The food is fresh, organic & natural. So your body receives just the perfect amount of nutrition form the food. The natural herbs used in preparing the meals, helps your body shed those extra kilos from your desired part. I also got to taste their cookies, cake & cinnamon-green tea. Oh my… I still have that taste in my mind. Every thing was ultra delicious. I loved the freshness & flavor of the snacks as well as the green tea. It was heavenly. Later I went to have a facial session with Botanic Love. I was attended by Deepika their who herself was a beauty & makeup enthusiast. She pampered me with Botanic Love products such as Rose facial cream, Tea Tree & Berry scrub, & at last Acne Mask. I liked to listen to Manisha, her vision, her experience & her practical approach to help people gain the lost confidence about their body. Who does not want that? But lack of guidance, equipment & healthy diet can really do some bad instead of good to your health. If you feel, you are not as fit as you would rather be, you should try out TAF. I am sure you would love to have her guidance on loosing weight the right way, the holistic way. An Exquisite Day @Navya with #BotanicLove

I can’t say no to organic skin care products, so when I got an invitation to visit a new organic brand Botanic Love at Navya Decor Store, Lodhi Road, Delhi, I just had to go. The day was kind of hot and humid but taking metro from Gurgaon MG road to Jor Bagh, Delhi made it bearable. Following the google maps I reached at Navya, 33, Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road. Meharchand is quite an old market which has all type of shops, small to big, and you can find everything here. I did not have time to explore the market, so I straight went into the store Navya – Everything Beautiful. There I was greeted by the store owner Vimi Singh, the face behind Botanic Love- Tina, her friend & the brand’s marketing personnel – Swati & beautiful free lance journalist Garima Dutt who invited me to the event. The warm welcome made me feel like home. The store is a cozy place in the basement of 33. Once you enter the store, you find your self surrounded with everything beauty. The place is loaded with beautiful decor items, ranging from coasters to show pieces, random knick-knack to beautiful tin boxes, magazine holders to cake holders… everything under one roof. I have something for cute pots. The place has an amazing range. Coming to Botanic Love, is a brainchild of Tina. It’s an outcome of the pure love for organic ingredients that Tina has in her heart. She is a passionate person. She used to make handmade candles, slowly her passion grew and she started making soap bars for her kids to give them all natural love. She perused Cosmetology for the sole purpose of giving shape to her dream products. She told me about her struggle to procure raw material to manufacture quality products and later to get certified by the ministry of AYUSH. I am glad that she did not give up during her struggling days and she is here with 60 products that are chemical free, organic, vegan & cruelty free. There are ZERO parabenes or preservatives. I was actually amazed how come the products have such a long shelf life (about 2 years) if there are no preservative? Tina says she goes the natural way to keep the products fresh for long. She uses natural preservatives, plus for the packaging, glass containers are preferred so that the products inside the containers do not react with the plastic packaging which other brands opt for to cut the cost. Very thoughtful, I must say. The brand has every thing for everyone addressing all skin and hair problems. The brand offers a nice range of anti acne, anti pigmentation, anti ageing, anti hair fall creams, masks, scrubs, oils etc. My skin is in bad soup right now. Some recent medication has been playing a havoc on my skin. Tina invited me to get a soothing session for my skin. She used only two products on my skin, Botanic Love Rosemary Facial Gel and Botanic Love Acne & Blemish Mask. She also advised me to use the same combination for few days to control the situation. I was really happy to see the after effects, my skin really calmed down and was all glowy. Grabbed the duo without hesitation. Yummy cake and tea was served while I was still chatting with Tina. The day came to an end and I was presented a beautiful gift hamper that contained cute little things from both the brands – Navya & Botanic Love. Thank you Navya & Botanic Love for having me there, it was really nice meeting you all and being there was quite an experience in itself. Much Love.
