Hello Beauties!!! We have reached the mid week & approaching the Mother’s day at a fast & furious rate. This post is going to be centered around our fashionista mother. The mother who is everything & something more. The mother who loves to embrace the latest fashion & beauty trends. I love when my mom when she talks about horizontal stripes or inspires me about getting new stuff she saw on her shopping stroll. So as a tribute to such mothers let me walk you through the latest beauty & fashion trends. Tea Facials Don’t just drink it, but, enjoy a rejuvenating tea facial in your favorite flavor. You can go for anti ageing Green Tea, Calming on skin Chamomile Tea, or simple Lemon Tea for clear skin tone. There are special facials for collagen boost too. Now that’s really cool. Facial Oils Do not run blindly after water based moisturizers, use some facial oils for that ageing skin. Massage your face for few minutes with a nice night cream preferably containing facial oils to maintain it’s suppleness & elasticity. Prime Before Everything Primers are very important before you put on your makeup be it foundation or even an eyeshadow. I can’t stress more on the role of a primer to enhance the longevity of your makeup. It helps you give nice base for your foundation and other makeup to glide on your skin effortlessly. Primers also create a barrier between your skin and makeup to prevent any skin damage. Satin-Finish Look Stay glowy. Start by drinking water. Add moisturizer to your BB cream or foundation before putting it up on your skin. I have been spotting celebrities with satin finish more rather than a complete matte look. Highlight-Highlight-Highlight Highlighters are still big hit. They are here to stay. You might forgo contouring if you want, but don’t skip a highlighter. Blush Returns Blush has been trying hard to make it’s entrance back to your vanity this year. So hurry up and pick some gorgeous shades. Colored Mascara As seen in Lakme Fashion Week, colored mascaras specially blue are very in. They look ecstatic. I have always loved wearing colored mascaras. Finally it’s officially in. Bold Lips Nude Lips are so last year. This year is for bold lips. So flaunt that pout wearing reds, oranges, pinks or vampy shades. Let your imagination run wild and play with ombre lips using some bold colors. Messy Waves Straight hair are yesterday’s talk, crimped hair is the latest trend. So girls if you already have some wavy hair, do not undergo through a keratin therapy as yet. Flaunt your waves with proud, but make sure you have got them nourished first. Bangs & Fringes If you want to look cute go for bangs or fringes, what ever suits you. This hair style gives ultimate chic look. Make sure to analyze your face shape & hair type before choosing the style. Glittery nails You like glitter? Put as much as you want on your nails. You might put some on your eye lids, but, it would be better to put them more on nails though. Glittery nails are being spotted on instagram, red carpets and runways.
