I have the same issue and sadly it is hereditary. While I have tried and I continue to try a lot of techniques to increase my hair density, I think on some level we need to accept that we may never be able to go back to the pre-hair fall density.

Currently, I’m using Vitamin E with coconut olive and castor oil it really works for me.
