As far I remember my first face wash was from Pond’s only when I started using one during my teenage days. After that I used almost every face wash that Pond’s came out with. I always admire it’s facial cleansers. Today I am going to talk about a very effective cleanser from Pond’s which must be favorite of many girls. Charcoal is a powerful substance, I did not know until I used, Pond’s Pure White Deep Cleansing Facial Foam. It is one hell of a cleanser. It really suck out dirt & oil in just first wash. This is HG cleanser of my little sister, be it any season.

Packaging

The face wash comes in a black opaque tube with a flip top at the top. There are white & purple accents on the tube giving it an attractive look. At the front of the tube the title of the face wash is printed along with logo of Pond’s. At the back, product information, ingredients & other related information is printed. The packaging is sturdy. The face wash also comes in travel size packaging.

Color, Texture & Smell

This is a grey colored creamy face wash. The consistency is not runny but spreads & is smooth to touch. It lathers very well. A small pea size of the face wash covers my whole face & neck. I always feel little sensation on my face every time I use this face wash. The face wash, washes away easily leaving skin matte. The face wash smells mild & pleasant.

My Experience

This is, as I earlier said, is one hell of a cleanser. I just need a pea size amount and few drops of water to make enough lather to cover my face and neck. Apply on my face & massage for a while. I feel little sensation every time I put this face wash on my face. Maybe that’s how the activated carbon works in pulling out impurities, I think. I wash away with plain water revealing squeaky skin behind. My face looks very clear, fresh & bright after use. There is little dryness that I feel afterwords this face wash (actually every face wash from Pond’s, make me run to grab a moisturizer). Clean n Clear or any such light face wash is enough to take care of the dryness.

The face wash runs for a long time since very small quantity is required for each application. It is quite economical. Also I have traveled with 20 gms packaging which did not pose any leakage problem to me.

Dislike

My oily skin feels little dry afterwords. But this is not a major con for me.

I find this face wash to be a great boon for oily skin specially in summer, when we need extra cleansing and matte finish afterwords. The face wash effectively cleanses dirt & oil and keeps skin matte for long hours. This is also affordable & economical as well as comes in many sizes.
