The month end is here. When it’s month closing, people working in financial institutions/departments go crazy with work. No mental peace for few days. In software industry it’s not like that. We start developing a software with all mental peace, following the very standard procedure ensuring quality. It eats up more than half of the time period promised to the client. Now the countdown starts. The client wants to see some working demos. We manage somehow. To deliver the final product, endless sleepless & pizza nights start. Seems like the project is never going to finish. All the quality standards are set aside, shortcuts are taken & with unknown bugs sleeping…

A Forced Photo Shoot At Kodaikanal
I am not photogenic, I admit, specially after delivery of my son, gaining few pounds here and there, my body does not fit into the camera lens anymore. Things have changed, I have become very comfortable in my shell and I don’t feel like coming out. Unless, I am to pose for photographs, where I really regret not working out from last 3 years. I have tried taking up Zumba classes at the comfort of my home, but then comfort zone really holds me back & I give up easily. I always complain about not having enough time & fitness takes a back seat. Back in Kodaikanal, I dared to…

Small Haul From Kodaikanal
This feels like hangover. My mind is here in Delhi but my heart is still stuck there, back in Kodaikanal. Guys, you have to bear my Kodiakanal Gaga for few more days until, I get absrbed to my routine life again. Today I am going to write about a few things that I got from Kodaikanal. Mainly there were homemade chocolates & spices every where. The chocolates come in every flavor, milk, butter scotch, bitter & dark (my favorite), packed with nuts & cracker, I mean anything you could think about. Mostly the price started from Rs. 100 per 250 gms. Quite reasonable. I spotted a lot of skin care…

Kodaikanal Diaries : A Photo Walk
This was my first trip to South India. I have mostly visited North India, but had never been to the Southern parts of India. I wanted to visit the beautiful & so popular Ooty, but being popular the place is supposed to be crowded, especially at this time of the year. I chose Kodaikanal instead. Crowd parameter proved me wrong when I reached there. The place is not off beat anymore. The place actually looked like very popular among South Indians. I did not spot many North Indians though. I could not contain my excitement upon seeing the tall, green & lush trees welcoming me with open arms. There were…

I mix oil, curd or milk or fresh cream to the henna/Mehendi powder to counteract the dryness. Sometimes I do a brief overnight heavy-oiling beforehand. This henna makes my hair look shiny and treats my dandruff problem very well. It cleanses off the scalp from sticky dandruff making the itchiness vanish in one use itself.

Himalaya Kesar Face Wash VS Himalaya Clear Complexion Whitening Face Wash
Enough of drying & acne fighting face washes. Sometimes, even oily skin needs gentle cleansing action. I am going to talk about 2 face washes from Himalaya, which are creamy, & suitable for all skin types. The face washes give a glowing complexion with the natural ingredients that they contain. I am talking about, Himalaya Kesar Face Wash & Himalaya Clear Complexion Face Wash. In my stash, you will either find Kesar face wash or the clear complexion face wash. Because, Acne face washes can bring dullness to skin with continuous usage. I do not use acne washes every time I wash my face. I try to give my skin…
