About this article, I want to write about Lakme Enrich Lipsticks in Satin Red and Matte Pink. These lipsticks are with me from a long time and have been using them on and off. The shades are very beautiful and perform good too. Let’s talk about these beauties in detail.
Lakme Enrich Lipsticks
Intensively pigmented these lipsticks give nice color pay off in just one stroke. The formula is rich and creamy and gives opaque and even finish every single time. The lipsticks are available in Satin as well as Matte finish. Also the shade range is intensive. You can find a perfect lipstick for every complexion.

Packaging
Lakme Enrich Matte Lipsticks are packed in a matte packaging while the Satins are packed in shiny tubes, so it’s easy to identify them by their finish. At the bottom of the bullets their shades are mentioned. The lipsticks are numbered only and hence it’s difficult to remember the shade number, unless it becomes your cult favorite. The packaging is of high quality and the lipstick tube won’t break even if you drop it form a height.
Formula & Pigmentation Of Lakme Enrich Lipstick
The formula of Lakme Enrich Satin as well as Matte lipsticks is rich and creamy. The Satin formula is obviously more creamy than the Matte one. There is bit of shine in the Satin formula, while the Matte lipsticks leave no shine behind. The Satin formula is moisturizing but, even the Matte formula does not dry out lips. The wear is quite comfortable.
The pigmentation of Lakme Enrich Satin & Lakme Enrich Matte is good too. Matte gives very smooth and nice color in one swipe but the Satin formula can look bit patchy because of the ultra creamy texture. But All in all, the pigmentation is workable.
Lakme Enrich Satin R359 – Satin Red
This is a very bright and vibrant red shade. It is a warm shade and hence would suit fair, wheatish & even dusky complexion. The finish of the lipstick is satin and hence some might not like the shine, which could be blotted away easily.
Lakme Enrich Matte PM12 Lipsticks – Matte Pink
This is a very lively pink shade. The matte finish makes this lipstick more beautiful. I wear this pink shade more as I am more inclined towards pinks rather than reds. The shade is bold but does not wash out my skin tone.
Why I Hate To Wear Lakme Enrich Satin Lipsticks Altogether?
I like their creamy texture, their beautiful finish and staying power of 3-4 hours. The lipsticks are highly affordable and easily available too. But they have this very bad and weird taste that I just want to take them off whenever I wear them. This taste is bitter and can not be ignored. And that’s why I would not recommend these lipsticks.
Hope this review can enlighten you and you can make an informed decision about these lipsticks. Every single lipstick that I own from this range has this weird taste. I wonder what kind of chemicals has Lakme put in these lipsticks???

I don’t go for bright red shades, but I loved this matte pink shade . At this price, as you said that it doesn’t leaves lips dry, it sounds wonderful.
