Fab Bag March 2020 – Eye Got This | Review

Delhi winter does not wanna leave yet, so, it asked it’s dear friend rain to help her stay for a few more days. We received nice showers and it certainly added a bit of chill in the air. Today it is quite a sunny day, but the air has is carrying little rain droplets. This kind of fresh air gave a jump start to my day. Adding to that, I received Fab Bag March 2020 – Eye Got This bag. It’s a bit late, but I welcomed it with a smile. Let’s jump up on the review.

As the title suggests, the theme of the bag for the month revolves around the eyes. Eyes are expressive and can convey a lot of emotions. No makeup look is anyway complete unless our eyes are done. I received 2 eye makeup products conforming to that. The bag also contains some skincare including a face mist. You can book your bag at their FabBag.com

The Bag

Fab Bag March 2020, celebrates eyes and the bag design too emphasis on the same. I received an all white-colored bag with a beautiful sketch of flirty eyes and red lips. The bag looks simply classy and eye-catching. As always the size of the bag is quite decent to hold a lot of stuff.

What I Got In Fab Bag March 2020

I received 5 products in my bag out of which 4 are full-sized, while 1 is a sample. The products vary from eye makeup to skincare including a face pack, a face serum, and a face mist. Fab Bag is introducing a new makeup brand, Bodyography, with this edition. Let’s see what I received in my bag.

Bodyograpgy Cream Eye Shadow- Glimmer

This is the first time I got my hands on this cruelty-free brand Bodyography, many thanks to Fab Bag. I received a cream eye shadow- Glimmer. Unlike powder eye shadow, a cream eye shadow must have just the right texture and pigmentation to look good, otherwise, it could feel sticky or look patchy and uneven. I must say, Glimmer is definitely a star. It’s a beautiful mix of gold, silver, and copper. I can’t wait to create eye makeup looks with it. Since Bodyography is an international brand, the eye shadow is priced at Rs. 1475.

Eyezmate Matte Look Eyeliner Pencil

This is a repeat product for me. I remember receiving it last year, maybe in Fab Bag June 2019 Honestly, not a fan. The texture came out a bit sticky for me, even though it looks matte. This is jet black in color, but other than that, I don’t like anything else about this eyeliner.

Nirvana Purifying Facial Serum

This is a mix of several essential oils including, Jojoba Oil, Sunflower Oil, Sweet Almond oil, Vitamin E, Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Papaya Extracts, Cinnamon Oil, Orange Oil, etc. The ingredients look very promising, and I am quite excited to use it. The color of the serum is a beautiful orange and it absorbs with a little bit of massaging. I hope it does not make my skin break out.

St. D’vence Multani Mitti Pack

Finally, I got my hands on this ready-made Multani Mitti (fuller’s earth) pack. U have been hearing a lot about this pack. It does not only contain fuller’s earth but many more good ingredients like Orange Peel, Haldi, Licorice, Manjistha, Kesar, and Rose Water. The ingredients are definitely promising, the only thing that bothers me is the smell of the pack. It’s too sweet. I wish it had the scent of fuller’s earth. That would have been more calming. I got a sample of the pack, so it’s going to get over pretty soon.

Urvija Lavender Mint Facial Spray

Lavender is one of my favorite herbs, and I love to hoards beauty products containing lavender. I have loads of essential oils containing Lavender oil. I love using soaps, potions, and lotions containing lavender. This herb has a therapeutic effect on the mind and body.

Urvija Lavender Mint Spray smells highly of lavender and less of Mint which is a good thing. It mainly contains Lavender essential oil, Mint extracts, Clay, Sage, and spring water. It is free from alcohol, preservatives, and artificial fragrances. I am not a fan of using facial mist as they actually dry out your skin in the long term. But I can use it as a body mist as I love to smell like lavender.

 

Fab Bag March 2020, is a nice bag full of beauty and makeup surprises. I liked the bag itself for it’s cute print. No doubt the star of the bag is the cream eye shadow from Bodyography. I would love to try out more makeup from this brand, hopefully via Fab Bag. The total worth of the bag is coming out to be around Rs. 3400 which is huge. So, guys, I feel March 2020 is a nice month to go for Fab Bag.
