Yes, I believe in toner and use it every day. It keeps my pores clean and closed. I use biotique himalayan water toner and it has also helped me control oil on my skin.

Mine is oily skin so I’ve to go with astringent toner Kama rose water used as toner can be very good substitute love the details you shared on toner
