Using a body wash gives heavenly experience, be it winter or summer. During summer one should use a moisturizing body wash to lock the body moisture in and keeping it soft and supple. During summer one can go for a body wash which helps to add freshness to the day. I am a fan of Dove Body Washes, have many variants from the range. When I got bored of using Dove Exfoliating Body Wash, I got the fresh touch version. It smells like cucumbers mostly but has faint hints of green tea too. Let me tell you how was my experience with the body wash.

Packaging

It comes in an opaque white plastic bottle with light green flip top. The bottle shows graphics of cucumber slices & a green tea leaf surrounded by water drops. It surely gives a refreshing feeling to eyes. At the back of the bottle product details and ingredient list is provided. I have found the packaging to be sturdy and leak proof.

Colour, Texture & Smell

This is a very light green coloured creamy body wash. The consistency is runny. I need a dollop of the creamy body wash to make enough lather on a loofah and enjoy my shower.  It smells mildly of cucumbers. The smell is very nice and refreshing. The smell goes away within few minutes after shower.

My Experience

I am already impressed with Dove body washes and this variant did not fall short of meeting the expectations. Only a dollop of the body wash on a loofah and it lathers generously. I do not need another drop before I finish my shower. The faint smell of cucumber & green tea takes me to a comforting & relaxing level. My senses are rejuvenated and so is my skin. My skin feels moisturized & smooth. I think that’s all you can expect from a body wash. One should never skip moisturizer even after using a nourishing body wash. The bottle lasts for ages sine I need a very small amount of the product to enjoy my bath.

I wish the smell could stay for long since it is so refreshing and soothing. Before using this body wash I thought why would I like to smell like cucumbers. But I have just grown over the smell and now I quite like it since it’s nothing overpowering and is rather mild.

This variant from the Dove body wash range is definitely a good pick for the upcoming summer. It is a moisturizing body wash which smells nice. Also affordable & economical. I will keep trying on another versions from Dove Body Wash range.
