3 Step Clean Up At Home With Antheia Essentials
Antheia Essentials presents a natural skincare line that if used regularly at home could give your wonderful results. Today I will be using 3 products form Antheia Essentials to get a quick clean up done at home. Note that I have oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. Stay tuned for before and after pictures.
Step 1: Antheia Essentials Vitamin C Foaming Facial Cleaner
Being an oily skin person, excessive oil production is my major concern because it could lead to the formation of unwanted blackheads and acne. I need to use a face wash that takes away oil and dirt from my skin but without drying it up. Antheia Essentials Vitamin C Cleanser definitely fits the bill. Along with Vitamin C, it contains Matcha Green Tea extracts and Helichrysum Oil.
My skin feels already so clean and soft post using the face wash. Let’s have a look over the benefits of the active ingredients of this face wash:
Vitamin C: Highly effective in maintaining youthful skin, Vitamin C is one of the most commonly used ingredients in skincare. It offers numerous anti-aging effects. I massage it over my face gently for 40-60 seconds before washing it away with lukewarm water. It effectively takes away oil, dirt, and grim. The face wash does not leave any slippery feeling behind as it is 100% soap-free.

Step 2 – Antheia Essentials Orange Gentle Exfoliation Scrub
Scrubbing is a very essential part of a cleanup. It takes away the remaining dead skin cells that are deep-rooted such as blackheads and whiteheads. If left unattended these blackheads could lead to active zits in no time. Antheia Essentials brings the age-old remedy for your dead skin cell problems – Orange Gentle Exfoliation Scrub. This scrub contains Orange essential oil, Walnut, and Bamboo scrub powder. Regular use of this scrub can show amazing results on every skin type.
Orange Essential Oil: This essential oil contains microbial property. It also soothes and calms down the skin.
Walnut: This nut is high in nourishing fats which is highly beneficial for the skin. It also reduces skin inflammation while protecting from the harmful UV rays.
Bamboo Scrub Powder: This ingredient is a powerful antioxidant. It also targets acne and inflammation. It gently cleanses and purifies the skin.

It comes packed in a 100 ml glass tub. The scrub is pink colored with even-sized finely grounded walnut and bamboo scrub particles in high density. The scrub smells heavily of Orange essential oil which really refreshes my mood.
I take a coin size of the scrub and apply it on my wet face and neck. I massage my skin with a very gentle hand. The fragrance of the scrub doubles the joy of scrubbing. After 1 minute, I wash it away with lukewarm water.

Lavender Oil: Also one of my favorite essential oil, it has the ability to tighten skin, lessen acne, and reduce wrinkles. It smells heavenly.

Packed in a glass tub, the clay mask smells of lavender oil which soothes my senses. The main ingredient of this face mask is Purple Clay, but the color of the mask is not purple, instead, it is white. The reason is the presence of other natural ingredients.
I apply this face mask after using the scrub. It is fine in texture hence spreads easily on my moist face. I keep it for about 10-23 minutes and wash it away with cold water when it is semi-dry.
